Staff was very helpful. Found a wrap for my wife's twised leg. Could have made very clear an appointment was needed to use the Jacuzzi. We went to use it and it was empty and then were told we needed an appointment.

Location Lighting the room was dark. No kettle Shower had no water pressure.

The beds were very comfortable and the room clean. The location excellent, close to the funicular and the Costenara mall. But the most important was the staff, very friendly and accommodating. Special shoutout to Marcela from the pool/spa.She was so sweet and made sure we were comfortable.

The staff is wonderful and the location is very good. Walking distance to the cable car and the Costaneira Mall, The bedroom was clean and mattress and pillows very comfortable It is minor but I think if the bedroom decor was updated this hotel would be a total 10

hotel is not too big, very good breakfast buffet, bar with restaurant available. Has a gym, sauna and swimming pool. Hotel is close to a big shopping mall, about 10 minutes walking

Staff was super friendly It was our fault to notice an A/C in the living room, which was hidden behind a curtain. That would had allowed our son to sleep in the huge bed sofa. Some information would had been appreciated.

Breakfast was very good, in particular the orange juice and fruit. Scrambled eggs and toast were very good also. Room and services were very good also. It is also very well located . Room is very well isolated. Coffee could be stronger, the croissants could be fresher. But , still, breakfast is verty good.

It was alright, same hotel breakfasts. The scrambled eggs too watery, the selection of pastries the same -bland. First day my towels were white as the stay progressed the towels placed were clean but looked old, not white. Face and bath towels.
