Localizacao muito boa, fica a proximo a shooping, restaurantes, MUT , Sky Costanera, e o melhor tudo a pe. Facilidade para entrar e sair cidade de carro. cafe da manha muito bom com muitas opçoes e variedades, quarto confortavel, tivemos problemas no cheking solicitamos por 3 x ( na reserva, pre cheking e cheking) quartos com 2 camas de solteiros e recebemos quarto de casal, um dos quartos tinha cama de casal e 1 cama de crianca. Depois de um longo tempo resolveram. Solicitei quarto superior com vista, mais minha vista foi da obra que estava ocorrendo ao lado. Para um hotel 5 estrelas a solucao do problema dos quartos demorou e gerou muita decepcao e frustacao em todo o grupo.

Super clean and staff was very polite and helpful.

The location was great. Very easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. There were plenty of elevators never had to wait. I felt safe there. No complaints.

Charge extra for early check in and eventually did not have our room ready even at the normal check it time. The keys are not working and you need to get down to reception to get new ones after every time you leave the room.

At least in my room there was a continuos noise during the night. I did not know what was it.

Location is very hard to beat. I also generally liked the staff. The parking situation is daunting. It needs to be fixed by giving guests access to it without depending on someone else opening the doors and gates.

We arrived to the hotel at 12pm, room was ready, but they charged us extra $15 per hour total $45 if we want to check in at 12 instead of 3 pm other wise wait until 3. We are traveling a lot, but never had this kind of experience. Also coffee was not delivered when we reported that there is no coffee in the room, for two people there was only one bottle of water. Towels are outdated.

Not a 5 star hotel. I'm at a real 5 star in Auckland and this place embarrasses the NH Collection hotel. - Dirty/grayed base molding - Old scratchy towels that smelled like bleach and lost hopes - Terrible breakfast for $22 - Old repainted furniture - Mineral stained bathroom - Staff will watch you lug 3 bags to your room Not sure these guys know what a 5 star hotel looks like but this ain't it. 3.5 Star Hotel... Tops.

The bed and the room are really good! The room has a very good size! The location is very good, next to the costanera mall. The breakfast is great, the food itself is great. But the staff don’t pay attention and it gets hard to ask for something that is not in the buffet. It took a lot of time for them to bring our omelettes.

The location can't be better, right in the heart of high-end Santiago. Comfortable room, helpful staff, and a good selection of breakfast. Towels! The towels were old, evidently having undergone hundreds of washing cycles. The restaurant where breakfast was served is too small, and we had to wait (several guests) for 10-15 minutes to get a place.
