I liked the property I liked the location, very accessible:) I did not like the soap and shampoo surprisingly bad for an hotel. No foam in these products :( The breakfast was very good and it was very clean

The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. The magnetic key entry to my room was tricky and often didn't work. Even when the card was replaced several times, it continued to frustrate me, but overall the hotel was so perfect for me, with a location close to shopping and metro, that I was very pleased in spite of the key problem.

The hotel was good value for money. Great location, very close to the Costanera Center and the subway. Good breakfast. The room was super clean. The check-in and check-out process very swift. I had a standard room and the view was non-existent. I found the mattress and particularly the pillow not comfortable at all.

The room was large with an extra living room and kitchenette. We had personal business to attend to and they had parking facilities so we could take a taxi. The restaurants were w/in walking distance so that was great. Their breakfast buffet was great the next morning with lots of choices. Thank you! Well at the time there is work going on below to fix the sidewalk, so rat-a-tat-tat noise during the day.

Very good breakfast, lots of choices, (maybe some milk put out for those that like it in tea instead of having to ask every day,)croissants looked unappetising but baguette beautifully warm. Good scrambled eggs, avocado usual meat/cheese, juice, fruit, etc Location to several restaurants, MUT diverse mall, quiet, roomy, helpful staff The lighting!! No central light and muted bedside lamps or best one over the sink. Very difficult to read things as in the afternoon my room had lost the sun.

I little the staff were very amicable and respectful. The place was very close to main shopping area, restaurant and coffee places and close to motorhome that take you to the airport. I dont have too much light in the room, maybe i need to required a better lamp, but beside of that is a confortable place, easy to arrive and easy to walk away.
