A group of 8 adults,2 children, and a 6 month old baby arrived. The staff said our reservation was cancelled and that the hotel was full. They did not make any effort to help us relocate or understand what had happened. Our reservation in Booking stated that it was confirmed. We set in motion to find a new venue with the support of Booking, one hour and a half later the staff recognized they had found our reservation. Errors can occur, the problem is the inability to accompany the process and help find solutions. Very bad experience.

The staff were friendly and did their best to help us. The place is tired and needs an update, including new towels, toilet, air conditioner

Location, breakfast, politeness of the staff terrible street noise all night long. The building is not sound proofed against the constant traffic noise of the nearby major road, at least in the room 807… couldn’t sleep much two nights in a row!

I like the location and the staff attention I didn't like the room because it seemed old (but clean) and uncomfortable, as the walls aren't straight but slanted.

This is a nice small hotel in a nice area. The room was perfect for three people, we will stay here again for sure.

Location. Extra room for luggage. Had booked a bath tub initially and sent request prior to arriving but only had a shower. No hot water from wash basin tap. A/c very poor and too close to bed. Generally low standard . One lift had cardboard and tape on the walls and feel the whole hotel needs a big renovation.
