This is one of my favourite places in Santiago and quickly becoming my launching place for my adventures! Overall an excellent stay.
-
Perhaps one of the best hotels I stayed in this year. Great rooms at a good price. I’ll be coming back.
-
Great location, quiet nights minutes away from El Golf. I'd improve the blackout curtains. During night there's too much light

The hotel is located in a very calm and beautiful neighborhood. It's surrounded by small buildings, but very well located at the same time, close to El Golf station and to very good restaurants. However, you should keep in mind that Costanera center is more than 1km far from it. Breakfast is served in another hotel, Rugendas, which is very close, with beautiful location and great options. In the evening, the bistro at the same restaurant serves excellent plates (a little expensive, even considering Chilean standards, but worth the price). Staff is absolutely great. We had to leave before breakfast time and they prepared a special lunch box for us. Definitely will choose Time Select again in my next time in Santiago.

Good breakfast at the Rugendas. Spacious room. Unstable water pressure and temperature. Loud air conditioning equipment.

The building is really beatiful, the location, the neiborhood. Amazing place. not much to mention here.
-
Gorgeous building and lobby in a beautiful quiet street, nice pool on the rooftop, comfortable room. Very kind staff

It has the format of an apart-hotel, with three types of rooms: simple studios, others with a full kitchen, and the largest ones with two rooms and a kitchen. We stayed in one of the mid-size units, very spacious and with a full kitchen. In our case, it also had an outdoor patio. Although it doesn’t offer hotel services such as dining, breakfast is provided at a nearby hotel (150m away) that belongs to the same company. The walk between the two is very pleasant, as both are located around one of the most “French” corners of Santiago: a small, tree-lined square. The location is dreamy: just a few blocks from the newest shopping centers and main commercial avenues, yet in a very peaceful and quiet spot. It has a very convenient indoor parking too. Nothing.

The cleaningnes and kindness of the staff. Gorgeous location.
-
there were a couple of overlooked details in the room (no pods for coffee machine, safe was locked) but both were eventually corrected
-
Staff were great Wifi was poor
-
Good location on a small, quiet square. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

I liked the assistance from de manager, who when I contacted her about some issues starting my reservation she make things better and always be sure that my stay with my family was comfortable. I didn´t like that at my arrival the person at the check in desk didn´t handle in a proper manner the room assigment, didn´t provide proper information about the hotel services and amenities hours. Also didn´t like that they took a whole day (Monday) for pool maintance, they can improve on that

The location and breakfast were very good
-
Nice location Seems to need a renovation. swimming pool is just a tick in the box. It’s not functional or comfortable to be there.
-
Very central in Las Condes, reasonably priced, good breakfast, and reliable parking. WiFi was inexistent in our room, in a business hotel in 2024 this is unacceptable.
-
Super friendly personel! We so much liked the service, they make us feel like home. We were able to check-in late in the night and also we could keep our luggage in the reception after check-out and wait for our flight in spacious lobby, which was super nice. The breakfast is so vast and delicious. We also got free welcome drink in the hotel restaurant. The area is very quite and nice so you can really rest here. There was also quite nice balcony in the room, not visible on the pictures so nice surprise. Bathroom was quite problematic as the water was spilling out of the shower and the shower system is very complex and no instruction. We were not informed, only upon arrival, that the breakfast is in another hotel, short walk but you will not go in pyjamas to it, you need to dress up, go outside for a few street walk which was not convenient at all. There were also too little chairs in the room for two person / only one chair.
-
Very nice and cozy hotel. Well located in a quiet residential zone. The room was good and big. Breakfast was very completed. It is located out of the building The bathroom was very uncomfortable and the internet so bad.

the view to the andes from the room is remarkable. I loved the big windows, and I'd have tea in the morning looking at the mountains... my 7yo loved it as well. The location is great as well. The breakfast is packed, mostly because the restaurant is small, but it has good quality items. it'd be better to have a drain stopper to enjoy the bathtub.
