great place to stay for our family of 5. The couch bed worked fine and kitchen facilities were great. The small grocery store across the street was very useful, and the restaurant across the street was a great place to watch a world cup match and eat some BIG hamburgers. Nothing really stands out.

It felt safe and was in a nice location. The balcony was a nice bonus! The floor could’ve been cleaned better and one of the balcony doors didn’t lock properly. But it wasn’t too bad afterall as the building was in a safe location.

Great location (close to main areas of Santiago city), the building is also nice and the reception is 24 hours, so I had not trouble even arriving very late. Apartment is OK, suitable for a short time stay. Cleanliness could be better, bathroom was super noisy (ventilation system extremely loud), some light bulbs were not working.

The location is excellent. The MUD, Tobalaba metro is 3 minutes away. Walking distance to the JUMBO supermarket and the Sky Costanera ( the observation deck of Gran Torre) There is only one air conditioner in the master bedroom of a two-bedroom apartment. It was very hot during our stay, too hot to sleep. The apartment manager only provided one fan and ignored our request for a second fan. The ad misled us into believing the entire apartment was equipped with air conditioners. Though the location is excellent, it is not worth staying there. We struggled a lot.

Just the location AVOID IF YOU CAN. I stayed at unit 1008 and The property was very dirty, the tea cups had dry food in them, the electric kettle took more than 15 minutes to boiled just enough water for a cup of tea. The bed pillows were super hard, the couch didn’t have cushions just a cover and the frame, there were hairs in the bathroom. When brought up to the staff it was mentioned that they couldn’t do anything about it but to tell the cleaning personal to do better. That’s unacceptable, when we stayed in other places they send the staff immediately to fix it. I would not come back nor would recommend at all this place, sorry, but you can’t provide a dirty place that hasn’t had the minimum amount of comfort to provide a pleasant stay.

The flat is in an excelent location and has enough space for 2 or 4 people. The flat is very dated, definetely needs a leak of paint (walls full of marks) and in need of some upgrading. But good enough to just sleep there and spend the day exploring the city and the lovely area.

Perfectly set with stunning views over the City to the mountains. Cleaning was not totally perfect, but this is all outweighed by the perfect setting!
