The location was nice, it was centrally located and close to the metro while still being on a quiet street. There were lots of little things that I didn’t like. First, I requested the room with the balcony and the balcony was so tiny only one person could stand on it. The pictures made it seem like it would be much bigger and nicer but because they put me on the second floor it was right above the front roof of the building. The room was also a lot smaller than I anticipated. The bathroom was clean but old, the water pressure was week and even the trash bin did not work well, it needs to be replaced. My check in experience was also disappointing, I asked for an early check in since my flight got in the morning. I was denied and told check in was at 3 pm. I arrived at 4 pm, and then I was asked to wait for 15 minutes without an explanation. Also there are no elevators so if you have a heavy luggage take this into account. Finally there was a strong bleach scent.

Employees at the front desk are very friendly and willing to assist whenever needed Nothing like showing on the pictures. The property needs renovation. I specifically chose a larger room with balcony. Regardless of 4 nights stay, they assigned me a super small room with a so-they-called balcony which is 3ft wide and 10 inches deep, overlooking the dirty room top. The air conditioning unit was super noisy, and they probably never cleaned/replaced the filter. I got very bad allergies from the indoor air. The room itself was dirty. The floor was not mopped, the moment I returned my bed from the bathroom, my feet were black! Per my request, they exchanged a much larger room for us without balcony. After I saw that mini balcony, I don’t really care about it anymore. I requested the floor to be mopped before we moved in, and they did, that was very nice. The A/C was still noisy but I knew that nothing could be done. Luckily, there are two windows that I can open during the day so I didn’t get allergies in this room.

The staff were delightful and very helpful. They helped arrange transport to and from airport. Property has very good on site restaurant, and many others within walking distance.

Location is fantastic I was put in a room right next to the the kitchen and restaurant. There was loud banging and music form the kitchen until midnight. I think there are better rooms but this particular room was a nightmare.

It was clean, bed and linens were great, good shower and hot water. Nice location. Fantastic staff. It was nice having a restaurant right there if tired etc Only drawback was no elevator but staff carried my bag

Loved the breakfast area! Really great breakfast to start your day. The staff are phenomenal. We loved Leonardo and George! They spoke English and were absolutely lovely. The rest of the staff were so helpful and kind. The floor in our room was dirty. We wore flip flops while getting ready.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. We were charged a pretty high fee for early check in.

Great hotel, the staff was very helpful and they offered amazing breakfast. There is a super Peruvian restaurant at the ground floor. The room was comfy and big enough, and the location was very safe - kind of in a residential area, away from the city's hustle but still very quickly reachable. Nothing to complain about.

The host at reception, during the morning shift, was very kind and hospitable. The morning personnel at the buffet called us by our name(s). Room not cleaned on Day 2 and 3. Took 2 days to re-set safety deposit box.

Location to many vibrant restaurants and local activities

Tagle is at La Providencia, a very nice neighborhood with many bars & restaurants, and not very far from some city attractions. The breakfast is basic, but of very high quality. The staff is exceptional.

Bed not that comfy but definitely doable. Desk chair flimsy. I had a lot of work do to and it was a bit challenging.

Great location, wonderful staff. The room was tiny, and sound traveled througout the hotel very easily so that it was quite noisy from the restaurant, front desk, other guests till at least midnight. I also HATED the smell from the chemical small machines (glade plug ins on steroids) that were on each floor. I asked them to unplug them and they did but the smell still lingered. It was like strong cleaning product.
