The location and the hospitality or Jair. It didn’t have AC.

The hostel was next to the main hotel which was nice as we got free breakfast there every morning. The hostel was clean, modern and had everything we needed. We loved our stay here and extended it, it’s in a great location, near shops and restaurants and not far to walk to main tourist attractions. The TV had Netflix and prime etc which was nice for longer stays when you don’t want to go out every night. Safe quiet neighbourhood. We loved it the only thing I would say it did get a bit hot at night but it did have a fan.

The girls on reception were wonderful. It’s a really good location for walking round the city and close to the metro line. The kitchen facilities were good and the bathrooms were clean with great showers and hot water. We left our bags there most of the day after check out for free. No window that could open, so we had to sleep with door open. Eggs are available at breakfast, but you had to try and chase someone to ask for them - but great when they came.

Nice large room, clean and a good location near Restaurants. We could not do a late check out nor book a room for the next day as our flight was late in the evening but staff didn’t let us know that they literally own the hostel next door that did have availability. So we found it on booking.com and had to book a room there and when moving next door to ‘check in’ realised it was the same facility.

This is hard to rate because when I went to check-in the "La Casa del Lado" was in maintenance, yet they gave me a very good room at the hotel next door, which was way better for was I was originally paying for. Personal and speed on solving this issue was pretty smooth too. Rooms are not that sound proof, you can hear people from the corridor. This did happen only once though so it wasn't bad nor did I hear anything while I went to sleep.
