I stayed in the middle of winter and the air-conditioner in the room is not the best. Finally, I needed to put maximum to feel comfortable.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff is awesome - all super nice people, always ready to help! The area seems very safe and while the location is not super central, I still walked everywhere. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, the wifi worked great and a pretty decent breakfast is included. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Santiago.
