Buffet breakfast was good, several choices are available. Everything was okay. Happy to stay at this property.

A little old, small room and bathroom a bit cramped but not unexpected for the price.

The man at the front desk was incredibly unpleasant. He clearly did not want me to stay there. He even tried to persuade me that the room I had booked online with booking.com was "too small" for me. I am slim, so not sure why he thought I could not fit in the room. He asked me for my passport, made a copy of it and then told me he was cancelling my reservation. I asked him not to charge me a cancellation fee since I did not cancel it, he did. He made an effort to humiliate me and make me feel awful. I left, but not without asking him to put it in writing that there would be no cancellation fee. I asked him for his name and he REFUSED to give me a name. The WORST experience trying to check in EVER, not in my lifetime did I ever encounter a front desk agent that was so hostile.

Room was good enough for the price. I wish the plug points was closer to the beds. Excellent breakfast. Very well organized and peaceful atmosphere. Very attentive staffs. Great location and close to parks and restaurants. They have free luggage storage and paid airport drop-off. The elevator is cramped and can only take 2 persons. We used the stairs. This may not be ideal if you have luggages that are oversized and traveling with more than 2 person.

Easy to access metro, and to go local attractions. Small elevator but better than none :)-

The location is very convenient, a couple of blocks from Metro Salvador. The property was clean, neat, well-maintained, and the staff were professional and courteous. The room was well prepared, the bed linens impeccable, the bathroom spotless. The cafeteria had a café vibe, and there was an ample spread of food for breakfast. The wifi was more than adequate. I had everything I needed. Although impeccably clean, the room was small, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Breakfast was awesome, so as local staff, very kind and helpful. Receptionists gave us a “cold” treatment. But probably were on a bad day. Room is very small, but enough for the price.

It's right next to the metro station, so it's very easy to move anywhere in the city. It's good value for money, and it's got the basic things you need for a stay. Breakfast is nice. People at the desk are very nice. It is indeed a bit dated. The room decor is very classic, not the style that you will find in more modern hotels. But this isn't really an issue. The room size is small, but if you know this beforehand its not a problem. It is the basic space that you need. I wouldn't really complain about any of these things, if you know this then it's fine.

Excellent location and cleanliness. Bed was really confortable as well as the pillows. I stayed for three weeks, so I got tired of eating the same thing for breakfast since it was always the same.
