The room (King Bed with Sofa bed), was clean and spacious - perfect for 3 adults.

Honestly, the biggest issue was that the hard boiled eggs were not actually hard boiled ...but soft boiled. They didn't care to fix it.

It was okay. Staff were kind of unfriendly. The walls of the rooms were so thin we would get woken up early in the morning from others including cleaning staff yelling and slamming doors. Beds were pretty uncomfortable too & our necks and back got so sore. Would not recommend staying here.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only downfall is the parking is in a parking garage and you have to walk to get to the hotel. But overall we were very pleased and would stay again.

We had a good stay in Provo. Helpful staff and a very convenient location, walking distance to fun restaurants. Wish the pool was open later!

We were particularly pleased with the daily quick room clean up and having fresh towels without having to beg for them or follow some troublesome process to request them. The breakfast was a hot buffet and always fresh and there were also cold cereal and fresh fruit options as well. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. The location was tremendous right downtown with easy access to the BYU campus and the Provo City Center Temple. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Provo.

My husband and I were traveling with our dog and after several days of camping, we needed a clean, warm bed, and hot shower. The hotel was beautiful, check in and parking at the adjacent covered garage was easy, and they greeted the three of us warmly. Would highly recommend this location and staff at the hotel.

Very nice property . The room was great and nice bar area to sit and relax. We decided to eat dinner there. The clerk that had checked us in took our food order which we thought was strange. No bartender or waiter in the bar area. It took a long time to get the food. My wings were great but my husbands chicken sandwich took longer and was tough and dry. We did mentioned to the gentleman who took our order. I think a hotel of this status should have had a bartender or waiter and/or chef??? Did the hotel clerk make our food???? I think so.
