Price and comfort Staff/Mgr sometimes rude/Not kind and asks for your license plate to park - then adds this info to your room reservation- but then turns around and says it’s free public parking for everyone and it’s fine if a truck/trailer parks sideways and literally takes up 7 spaces and staff tells you too bad park on street! - when you are a loyal client that has paid for room and stays there often.

Walls have holes and deep marks as they moved things and didn't repair walls. Sink pug stuck and would not drain water. If they had a inspection I belive they wouldn't pass. Also ad read king bed and queen sofa bed. Only bed no sofa.i took pictures just in case. We left after one night asked for refund for 2nd day. Worst room ever. Staff was very nice

The hotel room was dirty, the bathtub was not cleaned, there were holes on the wall, hair on the bed sheets. The hotel does not look like it is advertise on the pictures.

The staff was very friendly They didn't advertise they were under construction so I was depending on breakfast which didn't exist and also a pool which didn't exist. The hotel was very old. The outside door didn't have a lock so I felt a little unsafe. Our room door was not very secure either. They tried to make it as good as possible.

Staff was friendly. Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable. This building is falling apart and gross overall. Carpet was stained. Pool is a construction site. Bath tub was peeling. My daughter decided she was cleaner not showering in that gross tub so she just went to church without showering. No breakfast either.

I liked that the room had everything I needed such as refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, and microwave Thank you for having that in rooms they are very helpful. What I didn’t like was the bed it had dirty and many dirty spots all over the mattress The carpet was very dirty And it seems that the front desk gave as the room with out communicating with house keeping and the room was not finished The front desk person looks very unhappy worker

This is a no frills hotel. If you aren’t fussy about amenities like workout room, pool, ice machine or breakfast, it is fine. The beds are very comfortable, and if you need a good night’s sleep, this is for you. Very conveniently located in Provo. They are in the process of renovating the rooms, so by next year it should be a great place to stay.

Convienent I booked the room and within minutes I found I only needed 1 night and not 2. I immediately called and tried to change it but they said I had to check w/ Bookinging to try to cancel the second night. I contact you and got the opposite story. Both said I need to contact the other and I never was able to cancel the second night. Poor customer service in my opinion.

The place is being remodeled and working on, but we stayed 4 nights, they checked the room 1 time. No cups in room, no breakfast, the phone to front desk was in room but not connected. Last year we enjoyed our stay here, but not so much this year! Also the room had an unpleasant odor possibly due to stained older carpet

Location is under remodeling and so parking is limited. Construction workers start nice an early so does the noise. We have stayed here several times with good results. We will stay again hoping the work will be done.
-
So bad. Overpowering urine smell. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Tv didn’t work. Sir didn’t work. A film on everything from construction. So gross.
-
The balcony was a comfortable place to sit in the eveningI I’m glad they are updating and making this lovely motel as nice as it can be

Located close to BYU Leaky tub faucet. The bathroom fan didn't work. Unpainted plaster by the window. Chipped paint in the bathroom. The window wasn't clean. Inside the fridge was dirty.

Disappointing

The room was in disrepair and had obvious needs that made my stay not pleasant. They should have never given anyone this room.
-
The location The sheets had blood on them and there were holes in the wall. This hotel definitely needs an update
-
The hotel was under construction, so the pool and lobby were not in service. The staircase on the south side was dirty. The rooms were ok. The refrigerator and microwave did not work in 2 of the 3 rooms we reserved. The refrigerator that worked was in one room, and the microwave that worked was in another room. Location is perfect for restaurants/dining experiences and shopping.
