I honestly had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel in Puchong. For a budget-friendly hotel, the room looked modern, clean, and much more comfortable than expected. The queen bed was spacious and very cozy, with clean white bedsheets and soft pillows that made sleeping very relaxing. I also loved the simple but stylish room decoration which gave the room a warm and welcoming feel. The bathroom was another highlight — very clean, bright, and well-maintained. The rain shower worked perfectly with good water pressure, and the entire bathroom felt fresh and hygienic. It definitely gave a more premium hotel feeling despite the affordable price. The room also came with useful amenities like a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, air-conditioning, and strong lighting. Everything was arranged neatly and made the stay convenient whether for business, short stay, or a quick getaway. The location in Puchong is also very convenient with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and nearby attractions around the area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and check-in was smooth and fast. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. Clean rooms, modern bathroom, comfortable bed, and good facilities at an affordable price — definitely one of the better budget hotel experiences in Puchong. Highly recommended and I would gladly stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy 1-star hotel in the Puchong area. The room was surprisingly clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The staff charged more because of the check-in clash problem due to the system, he was inconsiderate, charging myr 40

The room is well set up with nice touch like towel foldings and small plants in the room. They even provided us with bathroom amenities and tooth brush Upon arrival, I was told that the type of room I have booked for is not available and I have to take a higher category (with window) and pay extra for it. I did not agree because we will only need to sleep and rest for a few hours before continuing our journey early the next day. It was not a pleasant conversation when we arrive at 1.30am. We left the next day at 6am.

I booked single bed room, fully paid on this app. But I reached and late checked in - there's no room for me. They upgraded to Queen sized bed with additional charge. When I argued why I need to pay for the upgrade that I'm not asking for, staff said they can give me double twin bed room (2 single beds room) but I can only use 1 bed only.

Mostly all. Since is Queen bed, should have 2 pcs of towel & 2 mineral water. Not 1. But no worries, it can be improve.

The Queen bed design only. 1. Queen bed room. But only got 1 towel. Funny. 2. The kettle was NOT CLEAN. It has Maggi Curry stain. Did their staff check when clean up to room ? But manage to get the staff change for me another unit. 3. The water heater I have to wait few minutes then only I can take my bath. 4. Hotel owner should randomly check their staff work.

Before one week I booking for queen size bed after one week reach there staff say no mo room?how the hell ? But staff got say can upgrade to king size by free but when I ask him to giving reason why my queen size room don't have can get response. Even at the last I need to pay king size RM18+ NOT FREE . CHEATING ON CUSTOMER. VERY BAD

Using Booking.com was a very smooth process and confident the room is confirmed. THe room was only having basic television channels.

This hotel located center of bandar puteri puchong where near to my visiting appointment place, the room was very very clean & i have a good hot shower after work back to rest, inner room was simple & nice feeling very comfortable. Highly recommended
