Hostal de German

The room wasn’t clean We arrived there were no towels and the hot water don’t work. The toilet was broken and didn’t function. The bathroom tiles were missing. There are no curtains so expect an early morning. We can send photos It is an old not functioning guest house. When we arrived we decided we don’t want to stay. However the only one there wasn’t child of the owners with photos of the booking copies in his phone. We felt bad for him there was no one to discuses the matter if the broken toilet and the other issues

Easily the best place to stay in Pucón

It was a great location and floral decorations were cute. The view of the mountains was wonderful. I didn’t like that I wasn’t aware that this was cash only payment. Night before we were set Tod part I was told I needed to pay cash only and wasn’t allowed to use USD or cc, which was not disclosed or discussed during booking. We also had to pay the tax which at other places and by the costume I was told we did not need to do as visitors and to present our travel document. After rushing and scrambling to exchange money (ended up also being given higher rate in CP then USD that was Quoted on booking , I had to ask for receipt and was initially told I could not get it. Then I had to wait for the owner to come to get a proof that I paid. This entire experience tainted my experience and stressed me out. Breakfast was decent but also you can only get 2 coffee refills which was A bit odd too.

We felt so cared for and comfortable at B and B German. The staff was kind and helpful. Our room was so cozy, and had the most incredible view of the volcano. The location in Pucon is hard to beat. We lived being able to walk all around the city. German gave us great recommendations for activities, and is a sweet host. We would highly recommend this spot, and would love to return! We were happy with everything!

The hosts made us feel very welcome, the room was great and the facilities were good. Breakfast was brilliant. Leaving. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been good.

Homely comfortable friendly No kettle in the room

German is a knowledgeable, entertaining and kind host. He is always available and his staff is super caring. We loved our room up in the house, it felt like we were in a chalet. When we came the weather was not too hot, so we couldn’t enjoy the common areas outdoors, but I wish we could come back for it, it looked very pretty and relaxing. The breakfast was super extensive and you feel pampered the moment you enter the house. N/a

We loved the host and all the staff. They were so exceptionally kind and accommodating. They had the best shower we've had on this trip and the included breakfasts were excellent. I would 100% stay here again.

The house is big and really well kept. Very clean and organized. Hosts are super nice and gave us a lot of advice on what to do around the area! Beds are comfy and nice linen. Washroom very clean and well kept. Great location and great breakfast. Common areas very comfy.

Close to downtown, walking distance to everything! My wife had a little personal problem but Rosa was right there to save the day! If it’s really cold outside, it’s hard to stay warm!
