Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Really good ambience. Lovely, modern rooms. Breakfast was amazing. A little short on sunbeds. People were asked not to leave towels on beds but still did.

The really negative was the walk from the airport to taxi. We had to walk uphill to terminal 2.My husband has COPD and it was very difficult. Had we realised the length, we would have made alternative arrangements. Also, a general relaxing area as well as the lobby, particularly if raining would add to the general comfort. Having said that, the experience on the w. hole, was very pleasurable. Many thanks to all.

We had to change room because of noisy and leaking air conditioning and it leaked all over our clothes!

Small boutique feel, very friendly and attentive staff. Room was very large and comfortable. Food was excellent. Not close to the beach and area very hilly.

Bare staff not very friendly, bar prices for the quality was poor. Reception staff were excellent, as were the cleaners and kitchen staff. Rooms were superb. Pool area needed something to make it feel like a 5 star. No atmosphere.

What an amazing hotel!!!Friendly staff, comfortable suite, beautiful pool area, tasty breakfast and very convenient location. The perfect place to unwind and chill.

All staff were always very pleasant. The breakfast each morning was excellent. The room was spacious & comfortable. A light curtain on patio doors would be a good idea to provide some privacy. Unfortunately the location wasn’t great for us as it was at the top of a series of hills. We found the hotel quite expensive. We had booked a suite with poolside view however on arrival we were given a room on upper level with sea view. When I took this up with reception I was told we had been given an upgrade. It didn’t feel like an upgrade to us as we had only a little terrace with 2 chairs & table up a flight of stairs instead of 2 sun loungers, 2 chairs & table on pool level. It was agreed we could have the room we booked but not until the next day. Felt like this delayed the start of our holiday.
