Your breakfast is excellent. extras that I normally would not think of for breakfast being available. The room was good. I did find the bed low. It was difficult getting up as I am in my late 70's. I found the pool great. The water was warmish which was an incentive to avail of the pool each day. It was enjoyable. I availed of your dinner at night which I enjoyed. I had dinner 3 times. I would recommend it. My room was well look after by Martha, cleaning it each day. A lovely lady. I was disappointed in the weather, in particular the amount of it during the week. I do admit the Hotel had nothing to do with it.

The hotel and staff were brilliant. The room with a pool and sea view was perfect

did not need a sitting room Safe did not work Full of kids In the bar at night Screening did not like that could not enjoy our drinks.

The twin beds weren't great. It was difficult for my partner and I to have good sustained sleep with the beds continuing to separate during the night

Lovely hotel and too much trouble. In the breakfast, the food was lovely with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. Parking on the street was easy to manage. Good activities for the kids throughout the day and in the evening. Pool was maintained well. Same as like others reported, we were told that there was an issue where it said our booking was inaccurate. Unsure if it was a glitch with booking.com or THB flora itself. I was asked to pay extra which I did, but never received any bill for the same. Hope we were not scammed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is excellent — peaceful but still close enough to everything you might need. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always happy to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. WiFi worked really well throughout the hotel, which was a bonus. The buffet options for both breakfast and dinner were impressive, with plenty of variety and something to suit every taste. There are loads of facilities available, from the relaxing spa to a well-stocked shop and a lovely little gift shop — perfect for picking up souvenirs. Everything was well-maintained and easy to access. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future! The air conditioning in the room was quite tricky to figure out — it took us a few days to properly get the hang of it, which wasn’t ideal in the heat. Around the pool, the loungers definitely need updating. Many felt unsteady and quite worn out, with some seeming like they could collapse at any moment. We were also disappointed with the cocktails at the bar. The strawberry daiquiri lacked any real strawberry flavour and was quite watery, and the mojito was mostly just ice with very little taste. At breakfast, the made-to-order station (pancakes, omelettes, toasties, fried eggs) was a great idea but very slow. The chef could really use some help during busy times, or more of the popular items could be pre-prepared to avoid long queues. In the room, the TV was very small and didn’t have many English channels, which made it hard to unwind in the evenings. One last point — the dessert selection at dinner wasn’t always replenished, so if you went down a bit later, there wasn’t much left to choose from. None of these things completely ruined our stay, but they did take away from what could have been a perfect experience.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and happy to help. There were two pools to choose from, one was much quieter which was nice when you wanted to relax. The buffet breakfast was brilliant, lots of different options. It is a bit away for the main areas of Puerto del Carmen.

The swimming pools are outstanding and the children loved them. The gym needs more lighter free weights for women to use, i.e., not all super heavy suitable for men only.
