We love everything.location, food,and personal ofbthe Hotel.

The property was nice and clean, it had great pools and great staff. The included breakfast was so good! The beds were a bit hard

The breakfast is amazing!! The night clubs are in front of the hotel.. If you look for party is the perfect place, but if you look for peace is not the place.

The room was clean, confortable, the staff very kind and good service. The food in the restaurant deliciousness

The location!!! There was two pools. Breakfast was delicious. The room wasn't upgraded.

Friendly atmosphere, beautiful location, Wonderful facilities, 2 restaurants with good food and beverages. Pigeons using the top of the second pool to sip water and ... This can create health safety concerns. While washbasin was unique and beautiful, it was clumsy as the water spills outside. Some basic appliances like a kettle would be great.

This was a lovely hotel, great location with a view of the beach, which was right across the street. Breakfast was fantastic, it was available at a restaurant right across from the hotel, they gave you vouchers. The only reason I gave it a lower score was because it's under construction and we were 2 rooms away from it. It was super loud all day. I'm sure when they're done, it will be wonderful. staff was excellent, my room was clean with an amazing view of the ocean the swimming pools were clean and taken care of the food and drinks at the restaurant was exceptional the bed was very comfortable

The breakfast was located across the street so I had lovely view of the ocean. I enjoyed that a lot. I would return here. Staff was very helpful except on last day when they didn't want to call a taxi for me because I should flag down a taxi outside. Which was true.

Friendly staff and delicious breakfast every day. Everyone was happy to help. The pool looked great even though I didn't use it myself. The pillows could be a bit firmer.

Noisy clubs nearby until 3 am. We had to move rooms and lose our ocean view as the noise was unbearable at night.

The location across from the ocean is fantastic BUT we couldn't stay in the ocean view rooms because the NOISE was unbelievable!!!! No peace & quiet here! Disco 9pm - 3am & then noisy renovations. We had to move! NOISE! NOISE! NOISE! Disco was so loud that the furniture in the room was shaking from 9pm-3am! Construction renovations start at 7am -4pm, hammering, drilling, banging, sawing, NOISE, NOISE NOISE!

Helpful staff. Some spoke English which was great although I speak a little Spanish. The person who cleaned my room was lovely and friendly. She told me she has worked at the hotel for 9 years.

Clubs and beach parties around way too loud st night. The accommodation might want to invest into sound proof windows for the rooms with balconies facing the beach.

Ambience of room was nice. Spacious shower. Got a fridge with freezer. Hotel provided beach towels for pool and beach. with a deposit Breakfast included and satifying. Got credit in their restaurant because construction was in progress Lots of comfortable seating outside Wi-fi was very spotty in rooms but it worked well in restaurant and in lobby. towels looked old but were clean. we were in the first floor, so it got loud when kids played in pool at night.

Room was basic. The door didn’t feel very secure
