I love the vibe and atmosphere that the property had. Wonderful staff and owners. It felt like a cozy oasis hidden right in the middle of the beach. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. Everything was great and would highly recommend staying here

Comfortable bed. Clean. Close to beach (4 minute walk) and shops. Slight discrepancy in price which was sorted out quickly. Very quiet. Nice small pool. Anne & Christian were friendly and quick to respond. Kitchen has decent coffee.

Everything was very clean, the staff was super friendly, and the location is great. It’s also very relaxing since it’s a smaller hotel compared to others nearby, so you can actually rest. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and safe It was great just didn’t get warm water for the shower most of the time.

The property is super cosy and safe, close to everything but still felt very private and relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. We were really impressed and would stay there again.

Beautiful grounds and pool. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Very close to Zicatela beach with lots of restaurants in the area. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. Easy street parking very close. Great stay!

This hotel is located in a small alley walking distance to the beach. Our host was very responsive and kind. Everything in the hotel has been designed with great attention and taste. It is colorful and very pleasant. The pool was clean and fun to use. The room was spacious. Parking was in the street and was safe. Overall. we had a great time at this hotel and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Very good location, close to the action, but not too much as to be noise from the night clubs / discos / raves nearby. The property is well maintained, clean and welcoming. Parking in front of the hotel can be a challenge.

I liked that it was tucked slightly off the main road, I think it helped cut down on traffic and restaurant noise. You could hear a little bit music but it was pretty faint. It has plenty of plants and trees. When you walk in it feels like you entered your own jungle at the beach. The rooms are cozy. WiFi was good. It said there was hot water in shower and it did have some but it wasn’t consistent. Not a reason to be upset but if you really expect it then you may get disappointed.

This accommodation was super clean. 8 units with one common kitchen area with all the needed kitchen gadgets etc. Honor system beverage fridge where each beverage sold at 30 pesos. Stocked with beer and other beverages. Grounds immaculately kept. Relaxing pool & jacuzzi area. Best of all adults only so no children running around. Definitely a repeat visit in order for us. Sabrina & Ron, great hosts. Don't give this a second thought. You won't be disappointed. Loaded a tour video on YouTube. Link is https://youtu.be/o3sLHYsqA_Y?feature=shared Nothing not to like.

Another traveler highly recommended this gem to me and I'm so glad I booked here! I have stayed in several parts of Puerto Escondido, but this is definitely the best place ever! For many reasons, not only for the wonderful host that provides you all the recommendations want. The location is just perfect - directly on Playa Zicatela beach, a short beach Playa Principal/Manzanillo/Angelito and another to loud and overhyped La Punta. It's charming, very quiet, safe and beautifully lit at night. The hotel offers a nice size pool surrounded by many beautiful flowers, there is a well-equipped communal kitchen plus a honor drink system. Everybody is warmly welcome. Spotless! Everything was perfect! During the week it is definitely quieter and the beaches less crowded. My recommendation, if you can choose, weekend in Oaxaca City, weekdays in Puerto Esocondido.

The hotelito has a friendly and helpful owner and is steps from cafes and the beach. Since the surf had big waves, I enjoyed Hotelito’s quiet pool. I also appreciated the community kitchen. The hotelito is near outdoor beach clubs that blast music until 3:30am weekends. If you’re a light sleeper like me, bring earplugs. I’m told Sunday -Thursday are much quieter.

Everything. Wonderful owners in a beautiful and peaceful space right next to all the action

We loved our stay and would have been happy to stay longer. Manuela was super helpful with recommendations - whatever you want to see or do or eat in town she has a quality recommendation you can trust. We organized a whale watching excursion through her contact and it was an amazing experience. Also they keep the place impeccably clean, and there are all these small touches about the place which make it a super comfortable and homey place to stay. Like there's a communal kitchen and fridge, coffee and tea if you want to make it, umbrellas and a cooler if you want to borrow it for a beach day, sunscreen and bug spray - everything we needed we had it there or the hosts pointed us in the right direction. It really feels like the kind of place set up by seasoned travelers who understand what you need to feel comfortable and stress free when you are away from home. We would happily stay there next time we are in Puerto Escondido!

The owners. The community style amenities. The AC was AMAZING! Great location, tucked away for quiet, but steps from the beach
