The WiFi was inconsistent

Atendimento espetacular! A recepção me surpreendeu desde a chegada até a saída. Quartos limpos e cheirosos. Café da manhã perfeito! Somente o Wi-Fi não funciona bem no quarto, mas funciona bem na recepção.

Desayuno surtido y excelente atención del personal. Pileta climatiada muy linda. Destaco en especial la excelente atención de todo el personal y la cálida bienvenida que nos dieron.

We ended up staying here after leaving our original booking. It was a breath of fresh air. We were so grateful for the kind staff, beautiful room, hot shower and big towels. The grounds were beautiful and everything was well maintained and cared for. The pool was being painted as it was very cold this week but it would be wonderful if the weather allowed for it! Everything was perfect. Location is excellent, especially if you want to enjoy the town in the evening. We were there for 5 days and would have appreciated a little more breakfast variety.

Staff was friendly. Great location. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good.

Good breakfast, Clean rooms. Friendly stuff. Lots of restaurants nearby. Bus station only 5 min.

Shower area does not have a door to enclosure shower, the water splashing out everywhere around toilet area. It was not pleasant that I have to mop the floor after everyone.

The fact that every time you step out of the hotel you have to give them the room card and keys, its a bit of an inconvenience

Having to leave the room card and keys every time you step out is ridiculuos.

The location is great! Restaurants, shops, and bus terminal are in walking distance. There are free drinks at afternoon. The staff is very helpful and polite. The room is not big and basic but quiet. Breakfast is simple. Hotel is a little old. The AC drops water on the bed when it is on. We had to turn it off at night.

No refrigerator in the room (asked the reception desk to put my water in their refrigerator which they nicely helped me with), room and shower weren’t clean enough, especially the shower with an old and rusted shower head. Some old stains on the bed sheets. Other guests were shouting and laughing loudly next to the pool area late at night (even after 23:00)

Great swimming pool. Very friendly stuff. The room was very spacious. Groceries available at only 50 m. Hard Rock Café and other restaurants/shops/banks only 1 block away.

Not too much other than location The room refrigerator stunk, couldn't easily open front door, you could hear everything going on outside, the sink and toilet had mold around top part, shower got floor all wet.

I don’t like the ac over the head that made some noise

The wi-fi is terrible...It hardly reached our room but even when in the lobby, the speeds were dial-up-like

Location, cleanliness, staff friendliness, caipirinhas at the end of the day Safe did not work, air conditioning took long time to cool the room. At the end of check out the receptionist converted $160 dollar fee I was given by Booking.com at the time of booking into Argentinian pesos at a much higher rate. I checked the bank statement after returning home, and the charge was $12 more. Why is this hotel doing it? Is it allowed to change the charge from the original one? They did not give me an option to pay in USD. Disappointing.

The pool has some debris in the bottom but the water seemed OK and we enjoyed swimming.

Staff were really very nice people - best thing about the hotel! Location was also really good with many restaurants within walking distance. Did not use pool but it looked nice and was clean. Room was clean. Wifi was poor in our room (5). Everything could use being refreshed/updated.
