Clean, good service everything was good, except my flight was cancel and they don't have space available for buy second day.

The staff want charge me second time when checking in. Later I found my credit card was charged two times. They gave back.

We had room #2. The room was large and so was the bathroom. The staff also held our bags for a couple of hours before our pickup. We could not get the hot and cold water in the shower to work together. It was either scalding or cold. It was fine coming out of the bathtub but once you switched to the shower it didn’t work. We think there is a big problem with the piping. We reported it immediately but it was a very young staff. We didn’t ask to be moved and they didn’t offer. We just dealt with it and that is reflected in the score.

Everything was amazing. Big room, huge double bed. All clean and smelling freshly washed. They were nice and let us check out at 11 PM, as I was working and our flight was departing at 14. Would recommend it 100%. Nothing

Massive room. Three beds for just one of me. Nice breakfast. No bath towels provided, which has never happened to me in a hotel before. I did ask but none provided. Staff not able to advise on places to eat near by. Helpful when booking taxi to the airport.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room clean and spacious. The pool was just like the photos. I would really recommend this hotel for puerto iguazu. The location was also good, not too far from the centre and bus station if you like to walk.

The room was huge with two double beds. Mattresses were comfy. Decor was lovely with Koati decals. The swimming pool was a nice touch. Damian and the team were so friendly and helpful. They really work hard to keep their guests happy. I'd love to stay here again.

Beautiful small hotel. 1.3 km from city centre. But great value for money.

The staff, particularly Damien, were helpful and friendly. The pool provided a needed respite from the heat. Several restaurants within walking distance.
