Breakfast was good enough but limited. The hotel's staff was super professional and helpful. For 5 star hotel, please provide daily water for the guests and dont charge for it.

The property was very pretty and well taken care of. The breakfast was one of the best I've had on this trip. It is a little far out of town. There is really nothing within walking distance except for the hotel's own restaurant.

Our stay at Iguazú Grand Resort Spa & Casino was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless, making it a perfect place to relax after visiting the Iguazú Falls. What truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

the room was spacious and the hotel was conveniently located close to the Iguazu Falls. The breakfast was decent and the staff was pleasant The dinner food was not great, the coffee from the breakfast bar was weak. The rooms while they are spacious are a little tired looking. The bathtub shower seems like a hazard.

It’s a huge property but dated. Needs a refresh. Outdated and the food in the restaurant (dinner) was not worth the value.

Impeccable, great staff and beautiful landscaping. Pool bar wasn’t open all days apparently because “ hotel occupancy was low”. But I paid for that but had to go hunting for pool towels, food and drink.

Very friendly staff, always on hand for help? Could have a plus for vegetarian meals. The concierge also helped to send my iPad I had left at the hotel. A taxi drive returned back to airport to get my iPad?

Extremely comfortable, delicious breakfast, excellent service. There is no other place I would stay in Iguazu. It’s also connected to a casino which puts on a tango show. Taxi services to and from the park were very helpful. Nothing I didn’t like!
