Good location for visiting Iguazú Falls and getting into town. The staff was friendly and helpful—especially Carla at reception, who stayed calm and professional and helped us resolve an issue at check-out. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels, hot water worked well, and the pool area was nice. Good value if you’re looking for a simple 3-star stay. The hotel feels dated and cabin-style, not modern. Wi-Fi was weak/unstable, and the TV was not a smart TV. Overall facilities and room interiors could use maintenance/updating. We also had insects in the room a few times (large spiders/beetles), and on one occasion the window was left open after cleaning, which likely contributed. Late check-out options were limited--our only choice was paying for an additional night. If you want comfort/luxury, this is not the right place.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the air conditioning worked. Good location for the falls and the town is walkable in 30mins The rooms were not clean which is a basic necessity when you stay anywhere. There are so many bugs and insects in that area so you need the rooms to be air tight at least. The window didn’t shut properly, there was gaps in the meshing. This let a lot of insects and even a lizard into the room. The bathroom was dirty and to the point where I didn’t want to shower. The breakfast was also very basic with flies on the pastries.

comfort, cleanliness, staff all very good. It was a bit isolated-but that also made for pleasant walks a bit isolated and a long way from Iguazu

At a quiet turn into the woods but close to restaurants and center of the city. Reception left unattended a lot. Waiting for someone to come.
