Hotel doesn’t have breakfast to go if you have to go early to the airport, if you leave the hotel before 6am you will lost it.

It was an OK property, but rooms NEED renovations. It was an OK property, but rooms NEED renovations.

We had a beautiful, spacious and comfortable room with verandah overlooking lush and peaceful surroundings and complemented our experiences at the Iguazu Falls, both Brazilian and Argentinian sides. The staff were very friendly, obliging and helpful. The breakfast was good and the location was great. Nothing

Nice view to the forest Everything old and need a renovation, there’s no massage, no kettle in the room, soup is liquid and definitely with water.

Hotel is not in the downtown. Need a car or taxi to move around. Nil

Not much. Hotel is tired and needs to be renovated. Some staff were friendly and others were rude. The view from our room was horrible. Tried to shorten our stay after our flight was moved but hotel refused to refund us. Not in a great location: people fighting in the street outside and not safe.

Old, needs updating

Big comfortable bathroom Exceptional restaurant in the hotel Great location for bus Great view from room Only the price. With the same ammount of money you can stay anywhere else in the world in better hotels.

Room facilities were good and the bed was comfortable. Dirty bathmat left in the bathroom on our arrival. AC struggled to make the room cool enough for sleep.

The room was perfect. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good too. I felt the policy at the hotel was to distrust guests. Aan unnecessary escort to my room at check-in and having to wait for over 10 minutes at check-out because my room 'needed to be checked' is not my definition of hospitality

The hotel staff is polite, attentive and helpful. A taxi stand in front of the hotel made getting around the city easy and convenient since it is a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the center of town and the constant heat made that walk a tortuous ordeal. The room was quiet and spacious with a nice balcony and a view of the countryside. Once again, a "double bed" consisted of two single beds pushed together creating an uncomfortably hard ridge in the middle and the individual matresses with indentations from the size of so many of the other guests we saw. The air conditioning did not work properly for the first 2 nights and not much better after that. The breakfast, as in so many places, has an emphasis on quantit, not quality, and the items do not change. A dozen or so young people with drums come together every evening across the road from the hotel banging loudly and continuously; blessfully stopping around 10 p.m. No music, just drums.

Room was spacious. Very dated, repair work needed in the rooms, shower didn’t drain and left pool of water, to stand in. Towels were like rags, holes in them and so thin you could almost see through them. Breakfast was absolutely dire, buffet with scrambled eggs, empty at 7.30 and asked if it would be topped up but nothing for an hour then we had to leave. This hotel may have had its day, but would not recommend and does not reflect its star rating.

Great location, lovely view from balcony, good breakfast, extensive Argentinian-style breakfast Strange that check-out time is BEFORE the end of breakfast!

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great view, quiet area at night. My room was very dark even with all the lights on. The bathroom was outdated and needs renovation. No USB outlet by the bed and only one power outlet under the desk that matched my adapter; my adapter matched every outlet in Buenos Aires so I don't know why the outlets in my room here were different. Breakfast was bad: very limited options if you didn't want to start your day with sugary pastries. The scrambled eggs tasted bad; no fresh veggies (some tomato and cucumber would've been nice). Rooftop pool closed at 10 PM; I think it's early, especially on a Saturday night during the high season. Also there were a few power outages.

Hotel is a little outdated, but staff is friendly and room was clean.
