Hotel Tre

It is in the middle of a jungle, very silent for sleeping. You could spot some wild animals in the hotel. It was amazing. The shower is not well designed, so after a shower the whole bathroom ends up wet ( of course because of the local humid weather of the jungle the bathroom was wet until room service) The mattress was not comfortable, it was worn out and had sagging spots. The pillowcases were to small for the pillows. Included breakfast was basic.

Beautifully nestled in the forest, quiet rooms, lovely pool Food was meh, but that’s not what we came for

The setting in the jungle is the highlight of Tre Iguazu. We were immersed in nature. A family of moneys was swinging across the treetops near the pool one afternoon during our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. This stay is unique and a great value. We would stay here again. A trade off for the location is you need to use taxis or Ubers to eat at restaurants or visit attractions. The pool bar does serve burgers and pizzas in the afternoon and evening and there is an afternoon tea with fruits and pastries. We understood this situation based on past reviews and had no issues.

The hotel is clean, nice, and very comfortable. I want to give a special shout-out to Pablo — he is incredibly kind and helpful. He even brought hot water to my room when I was starting to feel sick and needed a hot tea. Truly amazing service. Thank you!

Surrounded by a beautiful forest

Beautiful setting in a jungle like setting. Lovely and very helpful staff Beautiful outdoor pool area with bar that serves drinks and short menu of food. Great buffet breakfast laid out early 6:30

The hotel was situated in the jungle and so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful lobby and breakfast area, lovely pool and bar area. The only thing that would have made the stay more enjoyable would have been fluffier pillows. A very minor issue with everything else being so perfect.

Julia - was amazing with group activities. She organized awesome excursions and also there were organized activities inside of the hotel. She is one who makes the stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the jungle, feel like a luxury hotel with a very good price Far from the town, but it’s just 15 mins by car or we walked 1 hour through the jungle to went to the town, nice walk

The nature and the wood Everything was perfect

Rooms were nice. Pool area was ok. No cushions for deck chairs which didn’t make for a very comfortable experience. Restaurant on site again was ‘ok’, other restaurants not walkable at night. Communications between colleagues could use improvement. Organised with evening staff for a taxi to be called for an early morning flight the next day. This message wasn’t passed on or communicated to us the next morning which made for a tense and rushed trip to the airport after making a new taxi booking the next day. Wasn’t impressed by this.

Great breakfast choices, bar food was good. There was no wine to drink at the bar. Our room had no mosquito net at the window so we were unable to open the window and hear the wonderful sounds of the jungle location.

It was absolutely beautiful and wonderful. The setting is in the forest and a little ways from the town center, but it was incredible! The breakfasts were great and the pool and poolside bar were excellent.

Disappointing

Nature surroundings, the vibe, the aspect of hotel, the kindness of people working there, the different juices ans food served in both breakfast and snack / night tea, the pool and the bar. Rooms got a little bit too cold the days we been there and the heating system was turned off. Breakfast could include more alternatives, but beside that, all was good.

While the “brunch” and breakfast were good times it would have been more convenient if there was a restaurant, perhaps shared with other hotels, which did not need a taxi ride

Hospitality, they helped us constantly with every need we had, everything was clean. Florencia from the front desk was specially supportive on problems we had with third parties and mad our stay tranquil and comfortable

Exceptional

The jungle location was very good. Not good that the pool bar didn’t open until 3pm and the fast food wasn’t great quality. Luckily the restaurant in the hotel next door was very good. The hotel couldn’t accommodate early check in and also wanted $80 to check out one hour late. Overall, we found staff unhelpful other than the room cleaner.

Super nice setting in the forest! Excellent additionals such as merienda (afternoon tea w/ sweets) and some events by the pool for the guests.
