Vistas espectaculares

The room was comfortable with a good bed and clean bathroom. The common areas were well maintained and the outdoor spaces were quite lovely. The breakfast was very good. We booked our room on a site that quoted the price in our home currency and using the conversion rate that our bank used we calculated the price in Argentinian currency. At registration we were surprised how much higher the price was in the local currency. We were told that was due to the exchange rate which turned out to be much higher than what our bank and the international currency exchange vendors were quoting. The staff told us that they had to use the rate from the national bank which was much more favourable to the Argentina peso than any other currency exchange that we could find. Over evaluating the peso so that tourists have to pay more maybe part of the new government’s economic policy but it didn’t go over well with us. The wireless network was very slow and occasionally nonexistent. The staff was slow in responding and seemed bored and unenthusiastic about their work. The hotel’s location is quite isolated with few shops or restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel was huge and fit for regional vacationers with family. I found it to be a little much for just me. The food was acceptable. The service was a little lacking in that they seemed to be understaffed. I was gone most of the day so did not use facilities. I found the hotel to be too far from town: restauarants and shops. As a result chose to stay in. As a solo traveler these are things one has to consider carefully. I did not feel comfortable being without a guaranteed ride back. The view from my room was beautiful. I overlooked the confluence of the rivers and the Brazil side with ferris wheels and celebrations. I slept well after a long day of walking amond the falls. The front desk staff was awesome and helped me as much as possible. Too remote for a solo traaveler not interested in using the facilities or without a car.

A bit outdated hotel.

Beautiful open design Shower was mediocre. Breakfast was ok but did not offer real cappuccino. The massage was very uncomfortable - towels were quite scratchy and the headrest was broken.

WiFi in the room was weak or intermittent. Worked well in the lobby. Shower water pressure low. TV channel reception weak or intermittent

Great hotel, wonderful restaurant, excellent staff

There’s a rly strong sewer smell from the shower, especially after rain. The Wifi is barely working, was using my data all the time. If you planning to take buses from the bus terminal, it’s a 30 mins walk/ 6000 peso taxi.

Tooms are spaceous and clean, nice balcony with view on the river and 3 country mark Breakfast was underwhelming. Few and poor food options and bad presentation. The outside pool was filled with white water mold. Though the mold is not dangereous for humans, it looks disgusting and is an indication of other issues with the water.

Beautiful view of Brazil and Paraguay from the room. Well landscaped pool area. Nice common areas and dining room. Close to points of interest and restaurants. Air conditioner unit on balcony leaked a lot of water making it difficult to walk in or out without getting your feet/shoes wet.

Awesome river view from room. Room was spacious comfortable with aircon. Staff were wonderful and spoke English. We’re happy to assist in booking taxis and answer questions. Yummy breakfast included. Best accommodation in town. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was good. Pool was nice the rest of the hotel. Complete disaster. Rooms and hallways were horrible.

The property was in a nice place overlooking the river and bridge. The walk into the town isn’t far and feels safe. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The property is a little dated, refresh definitely needed but this did not make our stay any less enjoyable.
