Orquideas Hotel & Cabañas

Restaurant is lovely and free breakfast was fabulous, lots of options. Room is small but adequate. Pool was great. We had dinner there and the food was also very good. Water was expensive and few options were available as it is not located close to town. We also had no way to change money at the hotel or anywhere close by.

You can feel like in the paradise.

The food was excellent, as were the employees at the hotel.

Buffet for dinner was a good surprise. Checkout at 10am is not normal at any hotel. I Kindly asked to extend it but only got 30 minutes more...

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was generous and tasty.We had s We had some water issues during our stay.

The staff on duty was amazing. His name is Max. We were very grateful to have Max helped us with out flight delay problems. He went above and beyond to assist us with translating. His customer services were excellent.

The room was too old. The bathroom door not closed correctly.

Nice space landscape and location Very old and dates Bathroom were horrible! Full of ants everywhere in the room! The doors are all rotten door knobs falling, toilet holder falling not good maintenance

Great pool Wonderful green setting Overall it was quite pricey, both the room and the small snacks/food we got.

The location was great, very close to the entrance of the park on the Argentina side. Our cabana was the perfect size for our family. The hotel pool was a great place to relax and the water was the perfect temperature. The staff was so helpful and kind. The pina colada served by the pool was one of the best I have ever had. The breakfast included lots of good options. We ate a casual dinner on the terrace and it was good too. The plumbing in our cabana did something strange, the hot water on the sink would not turn off. It was late. We called the front desk and it was handled quickly. Also the water pressure in the shower was pretty weak. Finally, the hotel is a little older so the furnishings are outdated. All of that said, it was still so comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

Location and facilities are good. Personnel is friendly, pleasant and accomodating. It is not worth the price. Plus, F&B is very limited and expensive.

Pretty hotel, and the front desk was very helpful Wifi was not functional in the rooms and there was also no phone service making it hard to plan our days

Meal was basic but ok. Service fairly indifferent. Breakfast was carnage, needed a much bigger area for the number of people.

It would be unfair not to recognized most excellent experience I had with font desk personal. I would especially like to recognize Mr.Reserve's from the moment he greeted us when we checked in to the time of check out next day this guy is marvelous so incredibly helpful. He is an asset to your establishment because of the great experience I had with him “you count on me being your ambassador to my friend’s, family and people I know for recommendations. Where I am praising your staff I had to say you need to make efforts to provide more emanates at the facilities. Like elevator not all of the people can use stairs with luggage to go up to 2nd floor. Best example is if I had to bring my 76y old mom to enjoy the vacation with us we couldn’t have. Room was excellent. Perhaps just a suggestion people come to you from all over the world and bring different gadget so if you could keep out let’s capable of using different kinds of -lugs Elevator

The property looks like it would be gorgeous in summer. In winter the grounds need a bit of upkeep. We stayed in a two room cabana which was very cute and a great size. The staff were all very nice and the food was decent and reasonably priced. None of the windows or doors in the cabana were fully sealed so a night with the lights on the rooms were full of gnats.
