We came after staying few days in Brazilian part of Iguazu. So I expected the similar food variety and quality considering the short distance. But it was rather poor choice and almost no fresh fruits and vegetables

Doesn't get better. Beautiful hotel swimming pool and playground for kids. The swimming poolfoor kids was also amazing. People at the reception were super friendly and the restaurant has a lot of food. Rooms are big and coming from Buenos Aires you immediately relax in this hotel in the jungle. I would definitely come back!

Food was excellent, compliments to the Chef!! Larger meals presented very well. Pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to use it. Alfresco area outside dinning room was comfortable. Staff responsive Rooms were large and clean Resort was peaceful and calm, an ambient large resort Rooms were outdated and could do with a complete upgrade, however they were large and clean. Would have been helpful if more staff could speak a little more english

Surrounded by jungle, we saw flocks of toucans in the mornings from the room's balcony. The swimming pool offered a fantastic place to chill and relax after coming back from the full-day long walks in the natural parks. On the last day, we used booked the jacuzzi for the time after checkout and before leaving for the airport (the jacuzzi had an extra ~€7 cost, but that's cheap I think), and left fully relaxed after a beautiful short holiday. The breakfast had tea, coffee, pastries and some fruits. We did miss a varied selection of fresh fruits (I'm being picky, the breakfast was more than fine). Because the hotel is in the "600 has" forested neighbourhood, we had to use taxis to leave and return from anywhere, even the city, there are no buases and walking there is not very practical. Fortunately, the hotel has an arrangement with a taxis crew who are always on rotation, we always had a taxi available within minutes of asking for it, and they offered discounted prices compared with the taxis in the city.

The hotel seemed well looked after with friendly and helpful staff. It's out of town and has a secluded feel (which was part of why we chose it), but it was easy to get a taxi to and from the centre, as well as directly to both sides of the falls; the onsite restaurant also serves a good variety of options (especially in the evening) with a solid, reasonably priced wine list and is open pretty much all day. Unfortunately, the weather was pretty cool on the day we had left free to use the pool, but to my hand, the water temperature seemed pretty reasonable for a warm day (in September). The room was spacious with a nice balcony amongst the trees and a mini bar. We would definitely stay in the hotel again if we were to revisit the falls. The included buffet breakfast was a little limited for savoury options, but was adequate (there are also a la carte options available for a cost).

Extremely disappointed. The room was in poor condition, with everything falling apart—broken shower and wardrobe, and the AC wasn't working for a day. We had no water for a whole day and no Wi-Fi at all (day and night), even though we mentioned we needed a room with good Wi-Fi to work. To get anything fixed, we had to inform the staff multiple times. Some staff members were quite unfriendly. The pool was in a terrible state. The breakfast was a frustrating experience—though it was all included, there were very few things to eat, and you had to ask the waiter to put up a plate for you ("please a slice of cheese, a spoon of omelette," and so on). The place is quite remote, so you have to take a taxi anytime you want to eat or use their restaurant. Overall, it was quite a bad experience compared to the price we paid.

A nice hotel with a jungle feel, large comfortable bed, very quiet. Very nice restaurant with a lot of choices, and many gluten free options. The pool was not very clean by the end of the afternoon as it seemed to be taken care of only early in the morning. Also for an eco-friendly hotel, it's a shame they served the cocktails with plastic straws.

The staff were very helpful, the common spaces (pool, dining) were modern and well kempt, breakfast was very good and the room was big. The rooms looked old and aesthetically not pleasing, especially the flooring and the bathroom.
