pool, overall design wrong food came and took a long time the first night

The property was beautiful both outdoor and indoor - it was so serene and peaceful all around. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. It was really in the middle of the jungle, you have to organize transport to go anywhere and to come back. The hotel also organized taxis for us when needed. We had some issues during our stay but the staff did their very best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible ??

The breakfast buffet was excellent however the dinner meals were of average standard

The location within the Iryapu forest makes Loi Suites a very quiet place with all the amenities to enjoy a stay what could be described as a spiritual retreat in connection with nature.

Hermoso lugar en la selva.

The service from everyone at the property was great. Every single person is there to make your stay great. We had a late flight the day of the check out and they hold our bags during the day and offered us a room to take a quick shower before heading to the airport. Unbeliveble Multiple pool areas with an adults only one, I think thats a great feature specially if the hotel is packed. Breakfast buffet had multiple options and they try to get you anything that is not on that particular day. We had a couple dinners at the property and the food was really good too. Great large rooms, we got one with an outdoor jacuzzi that I would recommend Only thing I would add, is more options to snack or quick bites when you are by the pool areas. But still nothing to complain about.

Quiet, spacious and comfortable room in a gorgeous setting. The pools were lovely to aid recovery at the end of a long day of walking and exploring! Great food and drinks, too. Nothing

the pools were spectacular. Breakfast was very good too. The room was very spacious though the fridge didn t cool. The massage was the best I had in several years (Catalina). The hay many taxis available to drive you arround on request from one atraction to the other. Yoy dont have to wait, everithing occurs smoothly The sushi night they organized was not good but they were very concerned and compensated us in other ways

Beautiful, great amenities Room was a bit warm

The prices at the hotel were obviously too high. We thought that for $500 per night we would get a better room. The room was terrible. Especially the bed. Terrible pillows, no proper duvets . When I asked for a duvet, they only brought a blanket and a sheet ( picture attached) People who write good reviews about this hotel. If it's okay for you to sleep like this, I'm not sure what to say. I slept very badly. We were happy that we had booked a room for only one night. The restaurants and food in the hotel are good, but very expensive.

The manager tried to make things right. Much of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was poorly maintained much of it degraded. For example, the elevator in our building did not work. The air conditioning in our room did not work. The locks on the back doors did not work. The hot water was insufficient and did not work upon check-in although it did seem to work later the TV did not work. The mini fridge did not work in our first room. They eventually moved us to another room, which was supposedly the best in the hotel with the Riverview. The mini fridge had to be replaced in that room. The air conditioner dripped water on the floor. The outside bathtubs were dirty and contain leaves and debris and bugs. The pool was dirty as well.

itle: Beautiful jungle property with great fine dining, but service is inconsistent. Rating: 4/5 (or 7.5/10) We spent four nights at Loi Suites in December. It is a visually stunning property, but the experience was a mix of highs and lows. The Highs: The Adults-Only Pool: This was the highlight of our stay. It is absolutely stunning, and the staff there looked after us incredibly well. We spent entire days here to escape the noise of the main kids' pool. Fine Dining: The main restaurant "Naipi" (at the top) was fantastic. We were treated very well, and the food and wine were excellent. Safe Transport: The hotel arranges reliable taxis with set prices. The drivers give you their WhatsApp numbers for pickups, so you avoid getting ripped off or "overcharged" by random services. Check-In: The initial staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. The Lows: Casual Dining: Our experience at the poolside restaurant (Tiki Bar) was poor. Service was either very slow or non-existent, and the staff seemed unfriendly. It may have been understaffed, but it made lunch difficult. Cleanliness & Maintenance: The reception area, particularly the staircases, needs work. It felt quite dirty (likely from rain and foot traffic), but it gave a poor first impression. The Rooms: Our room had a nice jungle view and was spacious enough, but it felt like it needed a revamp. It wasn't quite up to the "luxury" standard of the rest of the property. Verdict: A good property (7 or 8 out of 10), but it feels like it’s relying on its location. The fine dining and adult pool are 5-star, but the room maintenance and casual service drag the rating down. ❌ The Bad Maintenance: The reception area and staircases felt dirty and in need of work/cleaning, likely due to rain/mud tracking. Casual Dining Service: The poolside restaurant (Tiki Bar) was a major letdown. Service was incredibly slow or non-existent, and staff were unfriendly. Room Condition: While spacious with a nice view, the rooms feel a bit tired and are in need of a revamp to match the price point. Noise: The kids' pool area is very loud; not ideal for couples looking to relax (making the adults-only pool essential).

Facilities, pools, restaurant, service all excellent, and in gorgeous surroundings. Rooms have balconies that overlook jungle. Rooms were fairly dark so needed more light. Rooms could also use updating. In our room door handle to sliding door was broken as were the blinds separating bathtub and bedroom in our “deluxe” room.

Loved the location, the pool, the adult pool, right on the river, removed from the main road but easy to get to, friendly staff, easy to get a driver. The jungle bridges connecting the buildings were so much fun. The room that we stayed in could've used a little touch up, but the bathrooms were nice.

Location - trees, bird and insect sounds Rooms can be updated

the location of the hotel was 30 mins away from the national park entrance, which was convenient. the hotel staff was disingenuous and dishonest. we booked a family room, which has two rooms (1 king and 1 double), but was given 1 triple room instead. we went to the front desk to tell them that we were placed in the wrong room and they said they’ll open up the room next door to fix the issue. staff was generally unhelpful and rude, particularly the front desk. amenities are aged and not maintained well.

Pools, location in forest Limited choice restaurant No access to city no shuttle

Very pretty and nice location in terms of the view and surroundings. The room was great. It’s not close to any stores or anything so you can’t just quickly grab something that you need you have to call a taxi to take you anywhere.
