Lugar muy bonito Todo me gustó

The bedroom was nice and clean, good spot and breakfast BUT... Is too expensive for the quality of the service: 1. It was rainy and we needed to have breakfast that was included, we asked for an umbrella to go to their restaurant, they wanted us to pay extra for that and also we should run in the rain to reception to take it and pay, no one helping us and it is open sky lodge in the rain forest, should be included in the price cause is not a cheap place 2. The mini bar was too basic, of course we wanted to pay for extra stuff but even though the option were limited, they asked us to call to a Whastapp number for room service with 10% extra fee from the price, but the mini bar could be stuffed with better options to buy 3. For the price, the pool should be warm at least. It is cold water

Beautiful surroundings Great breakfast Nothing

Super chill, food was great! They could use some extra shade around the pool.

Room was amazing. Front desk staff and maintenance were on top of everything and it was beautiful. Breakfast was yummy. The restaurant was rough. Servers 2 of 3 nights did not seem to want to be there.

The hotel is right in the middle of a beautiful forest so it's really a quiet place. The restaurant is close to the rooms. The breakfast is top quality. There are some power outages lasting a few hours at a time, but we were told this is due to external factors affecting the city as well. Also there were 2 or 3 stray dogs roaming the property, but this is also normal in the country.

upgrade to newer room was nice staff was annoyed when we asked for warmer blankets. we only got one we asked for the rooms to be closer together - my 85 year old mom was traveling with us and was very far away from me and my husband. rate charged was more than was quoted. booking.com stated we pre paid for room at a price that was less than we were charged when we arrived.

There were some ants in the room, but it’s understandable.

Lovely quiet hotel with a jungle vibe and excellent staff.

We enjoyed everything about this property. It is in a spectacular location; tranquil and picturesque. The systems at the hotel were great - booking taxis to Iguazu Falls and the airport were really easy, dinner reservations made in an instant through the hotel WhatsApp, enquiries answered within seconds via the hotel WhatsApp. Swimming pool area was lovely. Restaurant and bar really good. If we had to choose anything it would be that, by local standards, things are slightly more pricey (food, wine, mini bar, taxis) because of remote location and therefore being a captive audience.

We loved that the hotel is set in the forest. We went on a free bike tour offered by the hotel. The pool bar had a nice buzz around it. Plenty loungers for people to use. Good value for money. Fittings were a bit loose in the room and seemed like they could easily break. Shower was hard to get temp right, too hot a lot of the time. No complimentary water.

This is an excellent hotel in the middle of the jungle. Stunning view from the balcony, in close contact with nature. Super relaxing. The room was super comfortable and large, as was the bathroom and shower. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and they responded super quickly to any need. Nothing

Pleasant

Location. Friendly bar and restaurant staff. Good restaurant food. Comfy beds. Villa ‘terrace’ was unusable. Dank, dirty and dark. Huge gaps in mosquito screen. Very noisy toilet.
-
Beautiful and peaceful jungle location, stunning modern rooms and such friendly and accommodating staff. It was a great location to access the falls. Because it’s quite remote there aren’t really any other restaurants nearby, but the hotel restaurant was fine, and staff were lovely.

Rooms were absolutely wonderful. I loved that the green spaces weren’t cut down to be come ugly grass, but matched the jungle / forest outside the hotel Even though the dinner menu had a vegan food section, the waiters weren’t aware of it, nor were they familiar with the concept. The translations were misleading. The breakfast buffet is extensive and great in itself, but hard to navigate for people with dietary restrictions or allergies, because the food is not labelled. When I asked the staff for ingredients, they just shrug with their shoulders.

Very friendly staff, extra excursions included, great location

The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Staff at reception, bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful although we were asked to use what's app for everything including booking a table at the restaurant which seemed a bit over the top - surely reception can deal with that? We did the free bike tour which was fun. The hotel is fairly remote from town and we did not have a car so we needed to get a taxi to go anywhere - walking is not possible on the roads and given the distance from town. Food in the restaurant was so, so. We were there on a bank holiday weekend so the pool area was very busy and there was some sort of pool party going on which was pretty noisy and not our scene but other guests seemed to really enjoy it.
