The location is good, beachfront. Near restaurants and markets The room smelled moldy very strong, faucet leaking, elevators super small, old carpet, no refill water daily, no tissue paper in room, no slippers, no amenities etc…

Clean and security
-
The scenery of a jungle with a luxury hotel. It was perfect. Far from restaurants, shops or bars.
-
Loved the way the hotel integrated the rain forest into the buildings. Loved the great breakfast buffets! We were given 2 twin beds and were told that’s all they had.. no doubles or queens. I felt that was cheap given what we paid.

The pillows.

The location and service The AC was on and off
-
Very quiet with lots of well maintained tropical greenery everywhere surrounding the blocks of rooms. Was surprised by unpaved road network around the hotel and non-agressive stay dogs entering the property outdoor areas freely, including the pool area.
-
The hotel has a very good breakfast. We used the hotel taxi which provided a very good service.
-
Breakfast was varied and well prepared. Would have liked to see more gluten free options as my spouse has food allergies

Breakfast, room, atmosphere, architecture, pool, environment I didn’t want to leave

Surround location, the shower The pool area could be cleaner. No one cleaning the sun beds, they were always full of towels without people and quite dirty. Pool area is nice but should be cleaner.

The majority of the staff was ok and in general the hotel was not bad. The restaurant prices were relatively high for the mediocre food/drinks available. One of the receptionist named Martin was absolutely rude and made my experience with the employee staff very unpleasant.
-
Absolutely excellent from start to finish. Located inside the Iguazu rainforest, this hotel was wonderful. Great staff, good food, and super comfortable room.

And location was great Cleanness of the room was terrible Beds and pillows smells so bad The room service did not change any of our towels and our rooms smells awful Window were close in our room whole the time but too many mosquitoes were in our room …
-
Well kept and clean Had great difficulty conversing with staff as non spoke English
-
The pool was nice and so was the breakfast . Room was spacious. It’s a little far from town so eating option are limited to the hotel which is expensive for the quality of it .
-
He was romantic, secluded, quiet, perfect I like everything about the property.
-
Really great room and hotel in general. The pool was very nice, including the warm jacuzzi outside since we didnt have that warm days. The hotel has a taxi system arranged that assigns you a driver during the stay, and you can easily book the rides you need with them, very comfortable and same rates as everywhere in the area. Breakfast options were all too sweet. Would be nice to have more veggies and non sweetened yogurt, oats and dried fruits.
