The location is fantastic, the staff were extremely helpful and kind, and I really enjoyed my stay. Even after I checked out (check out is at 10am by the way), the staff let me store my suitcase in a back room for the entire day until my bus left at 9pm that night. They are extremely accommodating and were patient answering my many questions with my basic Spanish. I could hear everything that was going on in the hall through my door. Luckily there were only two other rooms there, and simply turning on the fan in the room did a good job of covering up any noises.

Positive: The staff were very nice and friendly. This was the only real positive of my stay. Negative: The hotel is extremely noisy. You can hear doors opening and closing constantly, as well as people talking from inside your room. I strongly recommend avoiding the pool-view rooms. The hotel does not have restricted pool hours, so there are always people there, and the noise includes loud chatting and screaming. Although the hotel states they will ask guests to be quiet after 7 p.m., this rule is not enforced. Rooms close to the kitchen are the worst. Staff start preparing breakfast early in the morning, and you can hear everything from your room. I woke up multiple times and did not get the rest I needed. The towels are also very rough. I recommend bringing your own. Because of the lack of rest after two nights, I decided to leave one night early. I requested a refund for the unused night, but it was refused.

Staff was friendly and helpful, nice terrace with a view on a river. Room was pretty clean. Shower wasn't working properly (water was either too hot or too cold), It's on the outskirts, 1km from bus station and from all the restaurants (but that also means it's more peaceful neighborhood)

Very friendly and competent staff, cleanliness, great location, quiet, excellent breakfast.

Room was a good size. Balcony had a view of lit ferris wheel at night. Television had internet access to access my own language programming. Room climate control struggled to keep up and was loud. Bathroom sewer smell , vanity faucet was barely attached. Coffee was not good and breakfast left a lot to be desired unless you like cake for breakfast.

Big room with a wonderful view of the jungle (Argentina/Brazil) Several elegant yet thematic common areas. Amazing breakfast. Most of the things were quite new. The main room had 2 steps. It’s very easy to forget about them and just fall down, specially if you get up and go to the bathroom at night with the lights out. No handrail, it is sort of uncomfortable and dangerous. The rubbish from the previous client was still in the room. Not enough towels.

The staff is just exceptionally nice. It’s an amazing boutique hotel. Don’t expect a 5* room but it’s more than enough. Location is crazy good with amazing view I recommend it for those who doesn’t need luxury place Nothing !

Outstanding staff that assisted with trusted transfer provider, restaurant recommendations, currency exchange location, airline cancellations. Excellent location near restaurant street. Nice clean and spacious room. Good breakfast Nothing

Room was very cozy with direct access to a swimming pool. Breakfast was tasty. Location is very convenient, close to the city center. Really great place to stay. Nothing

The place is very well located close to restaurants and shops and also close to the bus central station. The place was clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The breakfast could be improved by adding some options like eggs and white cheese. More shelving to store stuff could be good, mainly in family rooms.

Isondu was great - the rooms were clean and tidy, with well-functioning AC and amenities. The reception was super kind and friendly, recommending a taxi service that we used throughout our stay in Iguazu and giving us excellent dinner recommendations are well. Showering was difficult - the water pressure for the hot water was not consistent and we were basically fighting it to get a decent temperature to shower with.

The staff was super helpful and the location by the riverwalk was very pretty. We enjoyed the balcony and walking to see the sunset where the three countries converge. The room was set up for our family of four with one big bed and two singles. There is plenty of storage space for bags etc. Breakfast was good. Nothing that was in the hotel's control :-) There were power cuts for the city in general and Argentina seems expensive these days.

They should add black out curtains for increased privacy for those whose window faces the pool area
