O2 Hotel Iguazú

The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well kept. The breakfast was good, and it was easy to check in and out. It's in a location with easy access to restaurants within walking distance. There was a door that separated my room from someone else's, and I could hear them, so it wasn't the quietest room. The spa is not really a spa, more like a locker room for a gym, so don't expect anything luxurious when it comes to that.

Comfy bed and cosy room. Nice shower. Breakfast buffet was great. Location was good. We chose the property because of the bar and pool on the roof but it was closed. Lights were off and all packed up so we couldn’t even sit up there in the evenings. We saw several others try to go up there as well so I am not sure why it wasn’t open. The soap dispenser was broken for the two days we were there in the restaurant toilets - very unhygienic in a buffet setting. I let them know but there was no alternative put in. Plant-based milk would have been a nice addition to the breakfast buffet.

Walkable to restaurants and bus station. The roof-top area was nice. No air conditioning in roof-top bar, it was hot too. No laundry service available and front desk guy said they had self-service laundry on the top floor, but they did not. And by the time we found out, it was too late to use their “send it out” that too late to send out. Breakfast was “meh.”

Very nice room and comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is good close to the main restaurants. Breakfast was simple but good with many different options. Although the rooms are fully renovated, the common areas (e.g. the pool) could be a bit better maintained.

I had a fantastic stay at O2 Hotel Iguazú. The service was outstanding from start to finish — the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. My room corner room on the 8th floor was comfortable, modern, and spotless, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring the falls. Breakfast was excellent — a great variety of fresh options, good coffee, pastries, fruit, eggs, and local specialties. The highlight, though, is the rooftop pool and deck. Absolutely amazing. Watching the sunset from up there is unforgettable — you can see three different countries (Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay) from the rooftop. It’s a unique and beautiful view that really sets this hotel apart. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Iguazú. Great value, great service, good location (near downtown Iguazu) and an incredible rooftop experience.

The hospitality displayed by the staff was the best of the property!! The flexibility of the checkin and checkout times was generous. The bathroom was beautiful rather than functional.

Great Location, Great Pool, Clean, New Towels each day and beds were made. Staff very friendly except the manager, Pool was refreshing after being in the heat all day. There is outdoor shower to rinse before entering the pool. Pool didn't seem chlorinated but it might have been salt water pool. Pool was very clean, just the edge of the pool needs some updating. Breakfast was free and wide variety of options. The rooftop restaurant was OK for a quick bite. When we asked months before the arrived for late checkout, we were declined. When we arrived asked for late checkout they said they couldn't accommodate us because the hotel was fully book which was NOT the case. After we checked out we had to book another room which shockingly was available to book but not for late checkout. The manager was not friendly about this, but the rest of the staff was amazing! The Pool could use some updating around the edge, and view from inside the pool thru the glass could use some cleaning cause you couldnt see out at the view cause of the dirty windows.

Clean hotel in great location— one block from cafes and restaurants

Our room was on an upper floor below the dj and music just pounded us with loud base beats starting late in the evening and going on to late at night. The roof top had a nice bar and cafe but you absolutely must wait on yourself as the staff shows no interest in asking if you want or need anything.

Small issue , whilst the front of the hotel has an interesting and impressive architecture facade I do feel immediate outside and very close are near empty bins .one immediate outside the glass fronted restaurant was not good Stray dogs eating from the bins the day we left As management with a good product I would tidy this up pretty quickly Its first appearances when walking up to the main entrance , which creates the wrong impression

Breakfast was OK. The location is literally perfect. So convenient. Facility is clean and modern. Staff was helpful. Breakfast could have been better. The hot tub was not hot but there had been a city wide power outage for a couple of hours.
