The owner was super friendly and informative about good places to eat, where the ATMs are and most importantly, how to get to Iguazu falls. He wrote down important info, like how to get to the bus stop on foot, time to leave, WIFI info and more. Super helpful, kind gentleman. Bed was comfy, room had everything I needed and more, WIFI worked great, location was amazing, overall brilliant! I'd stay there again very happily. The shower was a bit cold, and the bathroom had a subtle smell. Minor stuff!

Location is 15min walk to bus station and not close to market etc. bathroom and bedding facilities could be superior. Don't accept card, only cash payment

Beautiful gardens. Close to lots of restaurants & stores. Quiet street. The host had a driver pick us at airport for 25,000 pesos & the arrange transportation back for our departure. The fact that check out was at 10am.

Clean and everything worked. Had wifi, air conditioner and fans; a private fridge and access to a common kitchen area. Beds were comfortable. Owner knew a little english to help us out, and was on site to answer questions quickly. We didn’t realize hot water was on a separate electrical system so better explanation about the hot water system would be appreciated.

Everything worked, quiet place, a bit pricy for what you get. Manager helpful, but you need to check yourself sometimes Manager insists in getting paid in $, if you want to pay in peso, he wants black market + a little extra rate. Be aware

The location is good. Many restaurants near by. The central bus station is within a walking distance. The common kitchen is good. The owner is nice but… The owner tried to charge me 330 pesos per dollar. when the blue value was around 280. He should have charged me the official rate plus vat. When I showed great dissatisfaction after long hesitations he offered a reasonable price and still it was some 2500 pesos too much according to my calculations. I paid it anyhow.

The owner is very nice and the location is a short walk to the bus station with easy access to Iguazu Falls. Pretty garden. AC only worked in part of our apartment which was fine because we only needed to sleep in one of the two rooms.

Not the fault of the property but the power went out twice on one hot night. The property is old. Too many mosquitos for me. And there was a barking dog and screeching cat one early morning.
