Liliana! She's joyful and happy to help. Guests were noisy and did not respect sleeping hours.

Breakfast, bad flush in toilet

A little noisy at night because it is on a busy street

I like just location of hotel. My coat was stolen at the hotel. I forgot it in the closet room and wanted to get it back. They said it wasn't there, the cleaning staff probably stole it. I explained the situation but they were never helpful. The rooms were not clean and the toilet didn't work.

Great price, friendly staff, nice location mosquitos in the room.... bit us all night the 1st day. We bought OFF and it worked Shower was hot,but hard to regulate. Not a major ding... great price. We did not expect more

Staff was super helpful Breakfast was not very good

The worst hotel I've been since early 90s in Russia We skipped second night and got real 4* hotel St George for just a bit more money 10 min walk away.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Great location, a bus stop just across the hotel to travel to the falls, so you don’t need to walk back and purchase bus tickets at the bus terminal. Could benefit from a refurbishment.

Problems with heating during the stay.

The staff were all so friendly , welcoming and helpful. Most but not all were very knowledgeable. No problem with washing & drying of clothing. The location was great which is important here. VISA Credit card accepted where cash is scarce A lack of maintenance and detail at the hotel. The door fittings required upgrade 15 years ago. The towels & bed linen were below par. The bathroom requires urgent upgrade. We had to move after the first night as the hot tap blew off the connection on the very first shower resulting in the entire bathroom area being absolutely flooded with water. I was also burnt as a result but survived. If I was older or had sun burn it could have been very serious( no jokes? )

Its location is very good, it is located very near to the center of the city. The staff is helpful but they speak very little (if any) English. It is an extremely noisy place, mainly from the street. Sleeping may be possible with very good earplugs only … Cleanliness is not a particilar strength of the place. Nevertheless, it was a good adventure and experience.

Great location, 10 minutes away from the central bus station. Includes a mini breakfast - orange juice, two medialunas and coffee with milk. Facilities are not the greatest but it was safe.

Perfect central location walkable to a ton of bars and restaurants, helpful front desk staff (helped me with exchanging USD too), comfy rooms and beds, decent wifi There wasn't hot water one morning probably because too many people were showering at once
