Kids club was closed, spa was closed, construction. Wish there was a kids area in the pool.
-
Lots of construction so some of their restaurants were not open.

The lobby, restaurants and staff were all exceptional. Unfortunately, this property is under going massive renovations. This was not disclosed prior to our stay. The pool bar was open for only 2 days of our stay. Our entire stay was overshadowed by constant construction noise. The spa and gym are both closed (yes they’ve set up a temp gym, but it’s outside and you get eaten alive by mosquitoes). The main pool sign says 18 and up but it’s not enforced as an adult pool. Once the construction is done I’m sure this hotel will be lovey but sadly it left a sour taste in our mouth as we paid a premium and our trip was disrupted. We ended up leaving a day early as we were sick of the noise and they wouldn’t do any refunds of the last day to accommodate. We won’t be back. We do love PV in general though.

I really liked the accomadations, didn't care for the connecting door, but besides that everything was good. Loved the breakfast buffet, very good. The staff was super! The pool was nice but I loved the beach area. Loved sitting under the umbrellas, the view and the breeze, and the food service. Thank you. Can't think of anything.

Loved the pools. The "raining" iguanas added a special touch with nature. I have never swum with iguanas before and one nearly landed on my chairl The signage and information was sparse. We did not know that the spa/gym was under renovation. It took 3 days to learn that they had moved the gym out to the kids' place. There was no water in the temporary gym to drink. We did not know how to get to the pool area vs the lobby at first. Signage at the elevators would be helpful.

Comfortable beds and a fantastic pool for my four year old.

Rooms are old and dated and plaster is falling off the walls. Bathrooms are old and need to be updated. resort is dated and needs to be redone. Beach is tiny and full of rocks when stepping on the beach and while going into the ocean. Beach chairs hard to come by. Limited staff at the beach and pool. But they are very friendly and helpful when you manage to find someone to speak to. Staff throughout the hotel was very kind and friendly.

yes. pool and hot tub!

Property was good but had some small issues. Small things were broken, like the lock on our door and our room safe. But, the service staff was amazing and the pool was great. View from our balcony was also worth the price.

I didn’t try the food. I love how is closed to restaurants, stores and beach. I wish the beds were bigger. I’ve stayed at this location 5years ago and I remember them having king size beds. The beds felt like full size not queen size.

Great views. Very good rooms and service. Food was average.

Location was wonderful Property is very, very dated. Our room has not been updated in what seems to be 25 years. It is dangerous with a step into the room, a step into the bathroom, a step onto the balcony - a fell at least twice in 4 days because of that issue. I will not return as the property is not up to Westin standards. When I went to complain and asked to speak to a manager, I was told that he was not yet on duty- a standard reply, obviously.

Room was clean, beds were comfy and the shower had pressure! Our room had a spectacular view also!

Everything was amazing! The room was comfortable and spotless, with kind staff interactions all weekend. Would definitely stay again!

Is perfect to rest, to forget the daily routine.
-
nice and clean property, friendly staff, nice view of bay and ocean view room (saw whales from the balcony. Would note that there's no airport shuttle, but was relatively easy to find taxi from and to the airport

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! Everyone who worked at the hotel was so kind. The waiters at the pool bar, the men at the entrance, the front desk and the housekeeping ladies! The room was clean! The beds were comfortable! The pool was well kept and the perfect temperature! The ocean was steps away and glorious! We would absolutely stay again!! Thank you to all the staff for making it a wonderful trip!

The rooms were clean and spacious, everybody at the hotel was courteous and helpful, with the exception of the girl in charge of kids’ activities. The pool and beach area are kept in good form, as a whole it’s a very mellow environment with background music at a low volume. As a parent I always look for a hotel that has a Kids club and activities for my 5-year-old, so don’t be fooled when you arrive to know that is “OFF” on Fridays and Saturdays. We also went on Sunday for their activity at 10 am only to find the place empty, dirty, unkept, with broken pieces and overall, not inviting at all. After some prodding to the Front Desk, they said that the “girl” was at the towel hut, then I went to the hut and a very patronizing and unwelcoming girl told me that the activity had to be booked beforehand and also tried to “show me what a reservation is”; mind you this was at 11:10, she was wrapping some presents and I had my daughter looking very sad, something in this situation could be done but she didn’t care. I talked to other parents and their experience had been pretty much the same, shocked that a Kids club would be in that state and functioning so. (Attaching photos for reference) Food was overpriced and nothing stood out. Tried to eat at kids’ pool area and an Iguana very aggressively jumped where I was sitting and started to eat the food and we were served 5 minutes before. My recommendation? Go to restaurants nearby and/or order take out.
