Vamar Vallarta All Inclusive Marina and Beach Resort

The staff was really inconsiderate with the process of making reservations. The food was not the greatest not many options. They poured so little alcohol in their pool bars. You were only considered if you tipped.

The Wi-Fi wasn't in the rooms. Maybe a little more variety with the food choices would be helpful.

The area was great The customer service it was really bad. I have to leave because I have an emergency but every time I talk to them, they give me a different story for like four hours and all because they wanna charge me an extra day … when I talked to booking, they tell me I had to pay anything and they changed the day and everything but the front desk they don’t wanna sign the receipt and they don’t want to refund the money… I had to call booking for five times and every time I talk to them, they like oh yeah we talked to them. They’re gonna refund the money. I go back to the front desk and ask him like I need you to sign me to receive, and then I note booking do not call us and then we cannot help you and then I try to pass it. The phone on the front they’re like oh no we cannot talk like that. I need to call us in private. They keep switching the story over and over. It was frustrating . I miss my plane.

My 4 yrs daughter like to be in the pool all day with dad and mom. Since the pool was heated we were able to enjoy with her all day, specially in the evening, That’s what we enjoyed a lot and that’s why we choose this Hotel. The meat was hard for us to chew.

Good location A little bit old

The staff was always super nice. The pool areas were very clean. The rooms were very downgraded, old bathrooms and very small and uncomfortable. You can not sit in the toilet without hitting your knees with the tub. No balcony. Not worth the price for that bedroom

The view on the beach with the mountains in the background. Everything was bad. The service, the staff, the food, the drinks. It was all bad.

Should be called ‘nothing included’ including ‘poor customer service’ Lack of decency by front desk staff - assigned us to the furthest villa despite us letting staff know about my foot injury - no transportation provided for us to and from that farthest villa despite my reported injury - nothing provided in room (no water or beer) - when requesting bottles of water in the middle of the night, actually begging for water, front desk finally agreed…and sent us two small and very warm bottles of water - because of the restaurants closures and early closing times, we had to purchase both dinners off property as no all inclusive restaurants were available - general feeling of us speaking the wrong language

I canot say enough good things about the entire staff, especially Christina at the front desk and Migeul which I am not sure what his role is, but they were both amazing. Originally we ordered 2 rooms close to each other, and we got that, however, our rooms were on the 3rd floor, right where the central stage is for the night time entertainment, and the balcony right into the pool. With 2 kids and me having to work a few hours a day that didn't work. They were very accommodating and showed us a few different rooms and different sections of the hotel and moved us with no questions asked, and not fuss around it, and with a smile on their face. The Italian restaurant on site was surprisingly good and we ended up gong there twice. The food, besides the Italian restaurant was mediocre at best. the facilities are ok. the drinks were weak, the WiFi situation was really bad! The staff really made up for all the less good items on the list.

Close to airport. And along the marina & 5min. walk to the beach

All the staff were very nice, the food was so good, and all the areas were so clean.

Room needed some upgrades

We liked the breakfast Not enough staff on site! Check in was at 3 pm and we got the room at 5 pm Not clean enough! They cleaned the room only once in 5 days Staff was very confused on answering questions Had to reques twice to change towels To loud at night by the pool area

The 1st room was extremely small and was uncomfortable I asked to change rooms they gave a much better room for $105 more The first room

All the restaurants were great! Great options and tasty. Drinks were fantastic as well! The grounds are very well kept and clean. The buffet was terrible, cold and very limited options. Often things were empty or cold so it was hard to eat. The late night snack (after 11:30pm) was terrible! Everyone the only option was a hamburger- no cheese and stale “chips”. We would often skip dinner to wait for the late snack which was awful so we didn’t eat at all :( the beds were too hard and the property walk ways need attention as there are so many tripping hazards!!

Location and two pools No WiFi, rooms old and very tired and a bit weird! No lamp in the bedroom! Big kitchen with nothing in it! Not even a mug or glass and no fridge? so what’s the point? Very uncomfortable subrdsbthat ate only at “half mast” very little pool service! Terrible food
