Bombarded at check in with asks to sign up for timeshares or whatever they are. Server didn’t assist all guests while at rooftop pool. Rooms were okay, could use some updates and bed wasn’t comfy. Tried to order room service and they have an AI host through what’s app. Didn’t work so I had to go down to reception at 1am as the room phone also did not work and needed a serious clean. Food was not good either. Prime location and it was fine for one night but would not return

Staff very helpful and friendly. TV with CBC a huge bonus as we were able to enjoy Winter Olympics coverage Room rates changed whenever we booked for another week

Our room on the 1st floor - Room 105 was just down from the ICE Machine for the Entire hotel. Staff would come at about 4 am and make tray after tray of ICE. It sounded like a machine gun. Awful. We moved to the second room on the Second Floor and it had mold in it. Again we had to move. The first four nights were on the 1st floor with the ICE MACHINE. I spoke to the manager and they would not move the machine!.

It is a good comfortable clean well priced property. We were not able check in on time.

Service and staff food were good Staff was very accommodating and helpful as I had some mobility issues accommodations were very good value I really like the idea of having a hotel in a mall. It was my idea of heaven. This is the wife speaking.

I paid extra for “a view”. Online it showed a full picture of the ocean. In reality, I saw 3 tall apartment building and slivers of ocean in-between. Apparently, had I not reminded them at check-n, The would not have even had that, so I was grateful. Terrible check to n process, very loud and echoey hallways, windows had face smudges on them and view was obstructed.

Never replied via booking when u messaged them 3+ times over the course of 3 months. I paid approximately $128 USD for a room that was listed at $97 USD the day of. They could’ve charged me this new price, but instead kept the old price I pre-booked. I think that is scummy. Booking wouldn’t do a price change either, as they said they needed me to provide a link of the current price the day of, but asked me for this the day after when that isn’t even possible…? Both scum.
