Hotel over booke but placed me in a very nice hotel I didn’t stay at location it was oversold

The food was not good, breakfast was good but dinner wasn't, excellent service though

Perfect location, warm and welcoming staff. As always I informed about my fragrances allergies and they did absolutely great.

Bed was very Average. Room was a bit dirty.

Beautiful room great staff great pool There were a large amount of teenage girls that were extremely loud all evening . I finally had to call the front desk at 1:40 AM to ask them to get them yo be quiet .

The pool area and location. The room had a narrow interior stair case and poor view.

I loved the location. Plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. It wasn’t exceptionally clean.

I feel the problem is with booking.com. We always get the worst room or seems in the building. The hotel said our reservation was just for one bed in the rooms but when they looked further saw that we did book for two beds in each room. Then they said they were sold out but brought cots in for us. One room had a pull out but it was very dirty and gross so they did bring in a cot. The cleaning staff was amazing!

Beautiful grounds, pool, location, access to restaurants, buses and grocery stores. Toilet lid & seat were broken . Reported twice but nothing done. We had requested a ground floor room when the reservation was made and the request was accepted… upon arrival, they had no record of that pre-arrangement. Wifi access was great during our first 9 days but sketchy after that.

The location, the bar, the gardens and pool and lobby are great. We were in an older part of the hotel and there was an unpleasant sewage odor that was present during our entire stay.

It was close to the airport. Close to grocery stores. It wasn’t as clean as it should be. There was no hot water for our shower. The shower kept drizzling we couldn’t turn it off. The was told when I booked the room would have a fridge but it didn’t! The food was just okay, not great.

The Breakfast Was Perfect Every Morning With a omelette or fried eggs & sausages. Lunch & dinners are a nice selection from the Buffet. It Would be very helpful to have the tables and placemats cleaned after every customer. It would be nice to have salt and pepper left on the tables instead of having to chase them down and find them. And for tea and coffee and milk there should be a separate area, so that the clients can help themselves. And more access to napkins.. another really helpful idea would be to keep the big water tower in the lobby all night long. Because once the restaurant closes, there is no more places to get any water to your room. Thank you.

Really nice outside and clean The room have only one electric socket, no fridge unless we pay 800 pesos extra, no coffee machine , in fact the room is mostly empty… the room smell bad humidity and old smell. No internet in the rooms. Just to expensive for what they offer
