Friendly Fun Vallarta Different Experiences

We had a fantastic stay! The beachfront location was perfect, with five excellent restaurants to choose from, four heated pools, and two relaxing hot tubs. The views from our room were stunning, and every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. Daniel the head of activities was especially great, The daily housekeeping service was excellent, with cheerful and attentive staff. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience that we would happily recommend. Only bad thing was we had to leave LOL

The life guards we excellent and the pool and beach were clean No room service and we weren’t aloud to take food from restaurant. Half the restaurants were closed but wasn’t informed of that when booking.

Each restaurant offered a slightly different breakfast. All were very good.

The location was perfect and all the staff were great! Snacks during the day were very enjoyable.....fruit, ice cream etc and the taco buffet was fabulous. The rooms were clean and spacious. The buffet food, with the exvception of the taco buffet, was mediocre. The reservation restaurant was terrible. Not enough lounge chairs by the pool or by the ocean. No dresser to put clothes in.

Good location. The hotel is very overcrowded for its size. We waited 15–20 minutes for dinner every night. The kids’ club is very small, and many areas are adults-only. Our room was extremely loud — it’s almost impossible to sleep (quiet only from 1–5 a.m.). Pool lounge chairs must be reserved before 7 a.m., or there are none left.

Honestly, I only stayed there because it was available. But it was clean and comfortable. The staff was frankly, awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Location was very good. Nothing specific. I would usually never stay at an all inclusive property. It’s not what I’m looking for. So the cost was more than I would have normally paid. The food was never warm, and served cafeteria style. Meh. The drinks were fine. The facilities throughout the grounds were very good. The rooms sparse, but comfortable.

Just browsing the web The property is infested with cockroach I was in room 2021 and we had every morning cockroaches every night and don’t stay in the side of the hotel the personnel use that hallway like a freeway all night and you will not be able to rest at all .! The the gym is a mess u can’t use your key to access because there is a control access and the person who open the door is no where to be found .! Food is ok bar tenders are good but the hotel is very uncomfortable and not updated.! Definitely never staying here again I go to vallarta 2-3 time every day but this was one of the worst times ever

Very friendly staff. Lots of cool activities. Right on the beach. Loved the cafe. They even had a pharmacy! Our housekeeper was very kind. Lots of access to bathrooms. Very safe. The vendors were not allowed to come onto property. Every day the menu changed at the buffets. The mini bar in the room was always filled with goodies and lots of beverages . There’s no daily housekeeping. you have to make a special request. No vegan food . But they told you to talk to the chef in the back, but he was rarely there. fornication in the pool really disgusting. There was a constant smell of cigarettes, which was really obnoxious.. a map of the property would’ve been really helpful. Very challenging to try to secure a chair because everyone was reserving them hours before the pools even opened. The room was really very plain Considering the high price point.

Food is good. Repetitive but that can be expected. Pool is a little too warm - especially the adult only one. As that pool is small it really does not need heating. Staff are excellent and the location is very good. A mall a short walk away. Coffee bar staff are always great to deal with. Does get a bit noisy but thankfully they close down at 11pm. They could use more sunbeds.

Nice views, gym, spacious pools, great walking to malecon, good food, early a.m. coffee I had difficulty getting less air conditioning so felt cold sometimes in the night, AC fan was loud but I always bring ear plugs as most places seem to have loud AC fans.

The front desk . They told me I would get a credit for one night as our first room at 12:30 pm stank sooo bad of sewer that we had to move in the middle of the night . Now they say they can't speak English and are doing Nothing about it . Terrible service as they promised me a credit and now are ignoring me . Never again will I stay there if they don't rectify this issue

Meals were good in the regular restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fridge was missing but delivered within an hour of my arrival without me having to ask. Like the separation of the adult pool from the other two. Water exercise classes were great. Setup for Super Bowl was great. Good music for dancing at night. Marriachi band was good. Maybe a little more audience participation activities at the main dancing area. Specialty restaurant (Azul) was awful. Beef was rubbery. Had to ask 4 times to have my balcony light fixed (just needed a bulb). I hate the way everyone gets up early and reserves lounges with a towel. By 8am all of them are taken. In many cases they sit empty for much of the day. You have a rule that if they are empty for 20 minutes you can take them but if you do this, people return and there is a fight. Not fun on holidays. This is a problem at all all inclusive resorts I have been to. Can't someone figure out a solution. One would be to have dedicated staff member who is at each pool and removes belongings when time is up and is there to deal with upset people when they return. Don't put guests in the position of getting into a fight with other guests. I also dislike the cheap alcohol used in the drinks. I would be willing to pay a bit more for higher level alcohol. I heard of one place that had a special shelf for people to put their own liquor and could ask for it from the bartender. Some sort of control would be needed for this of course.
