Elevator took too long had to t add key stairs. Spa was good but could have had a bit of music while getting the messages.

En la alberca no me gustó que la gente reserva las sillas y es difícil de encontrar una

Breakfast options were good, tasted good, staff good.Time to get food was great. Ensure elevators work, or post caution advisory that they are malfunctioning. I got stuck in one. The experience was a bit scary.

The evening entertainment on or near the beach is RIDICULOUS. They play music so loud that you can hear it in your room with doors and windows shut AND with multiple fans on AND with noise cancelling headphones in. They obviously want to cater to multiple guests but only a few guests attended the events (karaoke, disco night, etc) so I have no idea why the music was so amplified. Also, several guests had children with them. I can't imagine the parents trying to put their kids to sleep in the evening with the music being so loud. This occurred every night from 7 or 730 until 10! I was assured by management after our last stay that they would keep the music down during the evenings. Nope! Not the case.

Property is clean DIEGO has the worst customer service. I prepaid the first night ($163 USD) a few months ago when I booked here. I updated my credit card to pay the remaining balance upon arrival which booking allows you to do prior to checking in. DIEGO said my account was not paid because the original card is not being used. After explaining to him that I no longer had that account anymore, I had already updated my card to pay the remaining balance. But he refused and did not care, he laughed about it and said “oh well”. So, I was forced to pay the first night again… so ended up “overpaying” this property again ($163 USD). I was able to pay that portion in cash and still able to use my “update card” to pay the remaining balance…So, I’m thinking this guy may have pocketed that cash money. My family had other reservations here as they were traveling with us and my uncle had blood on his bedding. We asked to change it and it was only tucked back in appeared it was changed. This was very upsetting and demanded that it be changed. This was a horrible experience here and will not be coming back to this property again

The food Service was really bad. Check in time was 3 but we got our rooms around 4:45. We were exhausted wanted to rest. We had to wait. Around 11 my son got hungry and called for room service . First they didnt answer for 10-12 times when they did we received our food after 1 and a half hour. The service was very bad

Handicap parking available. Happy hour. Broken elevator.

The breakfast buffet was pretty good and the location of the hotel is good to get into the city, beach and excusions. Do not book this hotel! It is not actually a hotel; it is a timeshare. The room we booked was a 2 bedroom suite, when we showed up in Mexico with our kids they informed us rooms are just based on availibility and they refused to accomindate us. Instead, they gave us 2 separate rooms. They wouldn't allow my family to stay together, which was exactly why we booked the room we did. Horrible customer service. The hotel was only at 67% capacity when we were there, yet they still refused to accommodate the room we had booked and paid for in advance. Beware, and pick somewhere else.

Fabulous combination of warm hospitable staff, a well-managed and impressively maintained hotel with more activities available than we could Imagine. Our room was specious with very comfortable beds. Our second long-term stay here. Highly recommend. Right on bus route and ocean Nothing. It was perfect for us.

Friendly, familiar, wonderful staff, excellent location for PV outings for meals, shopping, activities. Room provided to us as a Booking.com customer was the smaller 1 BR in building 1 and 2. We prefer the 1BR layout in building 5 and 6 that we get when staying there as a member or guest of a member. But we have a great time in either room layout. Dislike the Beach and pool problem of people claiming chairs but not using for hours which limits availability for others.

Good Getting chair at pools was hard people left towels night before, staff was trying their best

Too long to get registered. Pushy time share sales. Poor enforcement of hotel rule regarding "No Reserving of Pool Lounge Chars". Elevators did not work.
-
Excellent experience. Food, beach, room and staff were perfect.

Beach access was good. The pool was nice and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The waitstaff were are very nice and helpful. The front desk staff were terrible, rude and unhelpful. They charged our credit cards twice and have yet to resolve the issue. I have reached out, called and had our credit card open a dispute.

Breakfast was good. Microwave in room was located too high. Required chair to reach…. dangerous!

It was pretty, clean, and friendly. Easy to get to the grocery and downtown shopping. Nice extras, like chocolates at night.Hospitality room helpful for flight delays. Can't say enough about the nice guys arranging rides and storage in front. The only little thing I didn't like was that it was hard to dry wet clothes. It would have been nice to have something besides the closet and shower to help dry clothes and towels to then be able to reuse them longer.

I had already paid for my room from Booking.com. I paid $1100 which was half of the cost when I came to pay the other half. They said I had to show my credit card that I had already paid, but I had the print version of it and they wouldn’t accept it so when they said I would get my money back so I put it on my wife’s credit card 1160 $6066 and the only return $974. I tried to resolve it nothing happened. They said it’s out of their hands and it just kept passing the buck so I was not very impressed. They didn’t try and make any amends.
