It is comfortable and quiet.

Room was dirty. There were bugs all over the bed. Housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning.

They allowed dogs. Mattress had springs poking up near the surface in places. Mattress was lumpy. Ironically dog barking at night was an issue, but not due to guest’s dogs, but rather a group of roaming dogs. Towels were very old and some tearing with use. Breakfast was mediocre.

Staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast too - eggs, beans & rice, etc. Water to fill bottles available 24 hr/day which was so appreciated. Coffee also available 24 hr/day. AC worked really well which isn't always the case in this area. Lots of beautiful birds and monkeys on the grounds.

Had a really nice pool with a lounge area, also off to the side, they had a pool table room, which was really nice. Complimentary breakfast was really good! They would open up their own bar during the day so you could grab a cold drink while hanging out! The staff was very helpful in securing laundry, bicycle, and other transportation needs. The room was big, had one king bed, but it also had a smaller twin in the corner. Had a fridge, a big bathroom with plenty of hot water. Fresh towels daily, along with cleaning. Nice pool deck with lounge chairs. Really quiet and nice place to just relax. The location was a bit outside of town and up a hill. Yet, once there, it was nice to be there.

Good location and great friendly staff especially Mirenaba (and I know I got that name wrong, but you will know exactly who I’m talking about when you meet her). It’s outside of the main stop so it’s quiet at night but only a 8 minute bike ride to town and easier to get to Punta Uva which was nice

Staff was friendly. The room was dirt. There was no hot water for the shower. There was cockroaches.

Needs a good thorough cleaning and some general maintenance.

It was a very nice location. Our room had a balcony towards the djungle. We heard the howler monkeys, and had hummingbirds passing by as well as parrots and tucans flying over the hotel area. We also got some really good and valuable help from the receptionist in finding interesting activities. Only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a beatiful beach, and a couple of nice resaurants as well.

The staff is exceptional, breakfast good, rooms upstairs nice. Room downstairs a little rustic, pool lounger old and mildew, far from town.

Peaceful environment, friendly staff, delicious breakfast where you can decide what to eat! Tasty Gallo Pinto! All good but the room R it’s too close to the lobby that you can hear everyone speaking when trying to sleep at the early morning!

We were in absolute love with this place. The tropical forest in front of our room, the animals we could see or hear (monkeys, birds, guatusas), the profound silence at nights... The breakfast was very complete and excellent, and the personal was lovely.
