Very close to most locations. This place is gross. Pool is nasty. Food looks really bad. Facilities are not maintained well. THE ROOMS ARE INFESTED WITH BUGS! MY BED HAD BED BUGS.

The beach and pools This was the worst resort that I have been to. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone. Food: Food was disgusting and inedible. Even the fruit was spoiled. I ended up getting food poisoning on the last day. The only 2 places that were somewhat decent were Mangu and the American Burger restaurant. They also don’t have room service. Property: The outside of the property is well maintained and pretty. The rooms are dated and not what you would expect for a vacation. My room also smelled like mildew. My power went out 3 times and the air stopped working. Bring your own sheets and bed bug spray! When we were leaving they wouldn’t allow our driver through the gate so we had to walk in the heat with our luggage to meet him at the gate entrance. Front desk didn’t want to call security so that our driver could get through. There is also a lot of beggars on the resort that try to get you to sign up for things and they have trouble understanding no. The alcohol is horrible! They have a bunch of unknown liquors that do absolutely nothing. We would drink all day but wouldn’t feel it so we started just taking shots and not mixed drinks but still nothing. We were sober 90% of the stay. Smoking is everywhere; elevators, pools hallways. I really want my money back or a partial refund because the accommodations were horrible!

Staff was nice and the outside facilities were nice The food wasnt great. The drinks werent great. The power kept going out. The AC didnt work and we had to walk with our luggage to the security gate since they wouldnt let our driver in.

The room had a moldy smell to it.

The resort grounds were beautiful, and I really enjoyed the beach. The jerk chicken was by far the best food I had during my stay, and the entertainment was enjoyable. My experience with customer service was disappointing. The elevator wasn’t working when I arrived, so carrying luggage and using the stairs throughout my stay was challenging. The restaurant floors had an unpleasant smell after they were mopped, which affected the dining experience. I was also disappointed with the food overall, as most of it did not meet my expectations. Additionally, I accidentally booked my stay through June 29 instead of June 28 and asked if the reservation could be corrected, but the front desk was unwilling to assist.

When I arrived at the beginning where security is located before reaching the lobby, the female security guard did not provide me with good service because I did not have a reservation and she would not let me into the lobby and did not pay attention to me. I had to leave to make the reservation and then return after 3 hours. If I had not come from so far away, I would have gone to another place. Todo

The people and the workers treat, too like family.

I had no hot water when I first checked in, no AC, and phone in room was broke.

They need to improve the food at the restraunts.

Everything! The grounds were beautiful and clean. The staff was attentive and courteous. There was not much of a language barrier at all. I will definitely be back again. Nothing...no complaints

The location It needs to be up graded and renovated a lot of stuff didn’t work in the room Ac, phone , balcony door didn’t lock ,housekeeping either do a half job or none at all I asked a house keeper for more wash cloths she said she didn’t have none and never brought any to me one of the days none of the bathrooms was working in the lobby by the pool or by the food restaurants and everything was nasty and stink also check in is hectic and the staff are slow

The views were nice The room I stayed in wasn’t the best .. I originally booked a suite , but they put me in a 2 bedroom regular room instead & the biggest issue is that they definitely have bed bugs. I have MULTIPLE BITE MARKS all over my body and the house keeper only cleaned the bathroom and swept the floors. She didn’t change my sheets or pillow cases for the whole 4 days that I was there . My pillow case and sheets had multiple stains on them. I will not be returning to this resort

I like the Beach and Beach Access. The Customer Service, The WIFI was terrible. Signs to the rooms should be displayed a lot better. More visible!

They were always cleaning. Staff was very nice. Onelio got our drinks by the pool and we didn’t have to ask he knew our order and kept them coming. We love him!! The chef at the jerk chicken stand was very good!! Bar didn’t open until 10am wish it was earlier. Food could be better but it was okay for the price.

Could use some serious attention to details. Wasn’t clean to my liking. A lot of young people.
