BORING!! No Music At The Swim-up Pools Only Time I Heard Music Was At The Foam Party And That Was On The Other Side Of The Resort. Also When Ordering Room Service They Took Forever. I Didn’t Like This Property Because This Place Is Very Racist. For Me And My Experience with My Family Was Terrible It Was Mainly The Women And Tourists. If You Are Of Color I Wouldn’t Recommend.

The option to enjoy facilities and activities of Royalton Splash and Royalton was a bonus as they both had different vibes. I highly rate the Royal Spa. Excellent service and it was not rushed. The Water Park was a great inclusion in the resort - the reason I picked it actually. Grounds were well maintained. There were lots of activities to keep you occupied and entertained, if you desired. Room was serviced daily and they made fresh towel art. My daughter absolutely loved this. It was a delight to see after coming back to the room from various activities. There was always something to eat and drink at any hour of the day. We arrived earlier than check in and we were allowed to partake of food and drinks while our room was being prepared. Also after check-out we were afforded the same amenities during our wait for transportation. All of this was done at no extra charge. This left a very favourable impression in my mind. I almost forgot, there was a fantasy show that was simply wow. I did not expect to see this level of excellence in dance. Hats off to the dancers. The only drawback was that I questioned the level of cleanliness of the cutlery in the main buffet. Also that sometimes the cups for tea/coffee were not replenished or cutlery for desserts.

I liked that my room had good AC! I recently stayed at Royalton Splash Punta Cana as a Diamond Club guest and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Having traveled to many all-inclusive resorts, this property fell far below expectations. The problems started immediately at check-in. The process was disorganized and chaotic. Our wristbands, which also serve as room keys, did not work properly. To make matters worse, the resort had our two rooms switched in the system and despite multiple attempts to correct the issue, it was never properly fixed during our stay. We were only a party of four with two rooms, yet they still couldn’t get the reservation right. Another family traveling with us experienced similar reservation issues, suggesting this is not an isolated problem. For a resort that markets itself as an upscale experience, the food was disappointing. The buffet offered limited variety and most dishes were bland. Service was extremely slow throughout the resort. At times, the buffet didn’t even have enough serving utensils available, forcing guests to wait or search for staff. The room service menu was equally disappointing. The “grilled cheese” was laughable—simply two slices of bread with a cold piece of cheese in the middle, neither grilled nor toasted. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of air conditioning. Several Diamond Club restaurants had no AC, including the daily buffet. Even the disco had no functioning air conditioning. Multiple employees informed us that the AC had reportedly been broken for months. Dining in the Dominican heat without air conditioning made meals uncomfortable and far less enjoyable than they should have been. Transportation around the resort was another issue. The property is very large, and with the high temperatures, guests often rely on trolleys to move between areas. Unfortunately, trolley service was extremely limited, especially over the weekend, resulting in long waits and excessive walking in the heat.

Nice How big it is
-
Music should be local music Like merengue bachata o dem bow

I was overcharged when I reached. They said the system was showing more than what was the confirmed price I had, and I had to pay what their system showed which was $250 USD more. I had to keep following up on this as they could not tell me why I was charged more. Only on the last day they told me it was an error and I'll be refunded (still waiting on the refund)

Enjoyed the Pools & Slides. The staff was not friendly. My room smelled like sewage coming from the bathroom. The food was not tasty at all.

I liked that they had a safe water park for the kids. The food was not the best. My room did not have a blow dryer, and toiletries were not provided. The staff member refilling the fridge even asked me for money to stock Presidente beer, even though that was one of the beers served on the property. Overall, the family side was not treated nearly as well as the adults-only side. It also felt like if you did not have a Diamond Club bracelet, the level of service was noticeably poorer.

The water park was awesome

As a Dominican person I was very unhappy about the way we were treated at times. They served the Caucasian first, were more active with them. I was even sent back because I had my bathing suit on entering the dinning hall which I understand I changed. When I returned the front waiter informed me to forgive him because he let someone in with a bathing suit after telling me to change, I was a member of the diamond club, you think we would’ve the same respect. The only person who was very attentive was our butler Lenny. Rest of the staff must be trained on treating everybody the same. At check in we waited an hour, and told to wait while they attended others. This was the diamond club check in.

Beach was super Overall, our stay was good, but the service at the lobby was extremely slow and ended up wasting a lot of our time. We also had an issue with extra charges. Management charged us an additional $900 for our kids during our 4-day stay because my daughter had turned 13 a few weeks before we arrived. This was unexpected and felt excessive. Another problem was with the room setup. For the first three nights, we paid for a room with two beds, but we only had access to one bed. This caused a lot of inconvenience for our family. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine, but the slow service and extra charges significantly affected our experience. And be careful to employees at lobby to call taxi other group in front of me get rip off from taxi they call for him and families 180$ us one trip to airport and the rate is 18$ to 30$

The service overall is bad. Only the people working at the restaurant were kind had great service, other than that, it was bad. The hotel did not allow our tranaportation to access the jotel, we had to walk out on the street to get our transportation. They were not willing to work on a solutions on different matters
