the size of the rooms and cleaneliness was exceptionnal. Staff at the buffet were wonderful. Could not get an A La Carte reservation, the system in place is a disaster and it is very frustrating to pay that much money and have 3 meals per day at the buffet !!!!!

The Room was Beautiful and very Spacious The fact that you had to take a shuttle to the beach

OUR TRIP WAS WITH 20 PEOPLE (8 KIDS), THERE WAS ALOT TO DO; SWIMING, FOOD( LOTS OF PICKEY EATERS), GREAT ACTIVITY. SMALL GIFTS TO FIT EACH FAMILY. PLEATY OF ROOM, SO WE WERE NOT STEPNG ON EACH OTHER. WE HAD A GREAT TIME. EVERY THING WAS GREAT, NO PROBLEMS.

We had to wait for our room to be ready pass the 3pm check in time. At least an hour

The 5 star treatment and luxury aesthetics Needed more adult events/workshops, maybe even music throughout the day especially around the pool area.

The resort staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious will all the emenities. The resort was closely located to the beach. They provided a ton of in room services upon request. We were not able to get any dinner reservations due to not being notified that the reservation system opens the prior sunday. Lunch was available without reservations but the service took forever and our food came out cold multiple times. Staff were not able to pickup our bags in a timely fashion during checkout. The rooms were not cleaned fully before our stay. The walls were thin and sounded like people were in our room.

I like the property Very good Staffing and everyone were happy to help . The cuisine I think they need to improve their kitchen I didn’t like it and their menu are too small, they need variety in heir menu ! But I did like the drinks !!

I loved the resort. It was beautiful. The rooms were very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. They had many different activities throughout the day for all ages. The dinner reservations were a bit annoying to make and not many options were available.

Facility is very beautiful and well maintained Lots of activities and entertainment, especially for kids Rooms are spacious and very pleasant My husband got food poisoning For this reason we asked to extend the stay one extra day, but it was a nightmare. Either booking.com or the hotel were not able to give us an answer. The property told us everything was booked and checked us out. We received an email confirming that our stay was extended the moment we arrived at the airport to fly back. I hope that now we won’t have to deal with problems in refunding the cost of the extra night that we never enjoy. Staff was courteous but very inexperienced, which made everything more difficult It was also impossible to find a spot in the restaurant other than the buffet.

The hotel is good. Need to work on the food and restaurant reservation. However, the biggest frustration was the dining reservation process. When we arrived on the day of our reservation, everything was already fully booked, and we were only given one dining option later. Guests had to line up at 9 AM just to make reservations for the following day, which felt very inefficient. What made it more confusing was that one of the restaurants appeared almost empty while others were fully booked.

Th property is huge and is comprised of several resorts. The room we were upgraded to was massive and more like a luxury apartment. The food and n the members restaurant was great as was the teppanyaki restaurant. We stayed only three days so did not have a chance to try the others but the food in the buffet was also quite good It was our first time at an all inclusive and while there were some fun activities like the sugarcane workshop and the margarita class there were not many activities so we were a little bored. But to be fair I’m not a fan of sitting around so if a beach / poolside vacation is your thing then this will be great. It was a bit more luxury than I needed and it cost quite a bit.

Everything was good

There is a lot of upselling from the moment you arrive until you leave, which can become quite tiring. The staff generally gives off the impression that they are annoyed by your presence. It’s not so much that they are rude or unkind, but rather that your presence seems to be an inconvenience that takes some getting used to. Nonetheless, you will still receive what you need and want—just be prepared for that interaction.
