The room did not have any exterior windows. The windows opened onto an interior corridor of the hotel. The bathroom was leaking. Despite numerous requests, face towels were not provided on any of the days.

Beautiful and scenic! The bathroom was small and not very clean

Everything was good, food as well as the personnel working in the hotel. The gym was in bad condition, and a bad smell at the back garden.

The Staff was amazing absolutely loved them ! The food was pretty good as well. A tree limb fell off the tree and severely damaged our car . I spoke with the manager and he said he don’t think their insurance will do anything due to it behind an act of nature. I told him he could give us 3 free nights and I’d get my vehicle repaired myself but he never got back to me .

Staff was friendly I experience several issues during my stay. I was unable to reach the front desk from my room and my calls, including those made from my personal phones, were not answered. Additionally, there were no towels in the room.Open arrival regarding me to go to fondest in person to request them. The romi was smelly, so I have to use the.airfresher, the room itself also appear outdated and not properly maintain. It did not appear to have been throughly cleaned, as there were hair in the shower, drain. The lamps were dirty, and showed signs of lots of rust, tne hairdryer showed signs of old dust, and the head board was shipped and worn. There was also limited furniture of available for seating. Furthermore the in-room safe appeared damage. As if it had been previously cut open. The beach shore was filthy and the hotel did nothing to clean up the shore as the hotel next door was doing or other hotels do. When I raise the concerns, about directed to contact booking.com since the reservation was made through their platform.

Had to go seven times to the lobby to get my room key activated. After seven times they told i can't put the key next to the cell phone becuase it would deactivate the room key ?‍♂️. Key reader was loose, it didn't feel safe in the room. A/C was not cool enough, i had to sleep without blanket. A lot of broken chairs in the swimming pool area.

The resort was great in overall for the price. Food was very good and authentic Dominican specially! Beach and pool access were easy. Great entertainment and plenty of activities. One thing I would recommend is to take an insulated cup for drinks, since drinks are served on plastic reusable cups and they get warm quickly. We really enjoyed our stay! The pillows could have been more fluffy

Everything was great I would come back again. On the third floor at a certain time there’s no more hot water which can be hard to shower since there’s only cold water. The staff was okay. The men were kind of flirtatious but other than that didn’t feel uncomfortable.

We appreciate all staff in restaurant worked very well and cook so delicious food!!! The person from front desk who meet us was so nice and very professional and we appreciate his job!!! ???

After complaining about a leaking toilet and a beehive also in the bathroom that kept bees flying into my room throughout the night. The staff immediately changed my room for me and moved me to a very nice room with no difficulty. I liked the Location and the overall beauty of the resort was really something to talk about with my friends and family. The first room that I was originally assigned to had a leaking toilet from the unit above, and this spattered all over my toilet in my room and the toilet tissue and the floor began to puddle up with waste from the room above. Also, there must have been a bee hive in my bathroom because I killed one Bee and put four more bees outside of my room using my towel throughout the night. Also, I had friends staying at another resort who wanted to come visit me and I was told they could not even come in to visit me for one day. It’s sad because they were paying $ 350 a night and they wanted to see what VIK was about so the next time they come to town, they would stay there. After being denied entrance, they decided to stick with their resort brand.

Friendly staff, good spa. This place could use some renovation- upgrade. Although everything was clean, but clear signs of significant wear. Also no safeguards at the beach.

The food was excellent, lots of different variety each day. The entertainment ended too early at midnight. Wish there was a club on site with longer hours to party.

The location was really nice The food was terrible, service was so bad, and the amenities could have been better. We felt like the whole time that we were there we were bothering the workers and any type of request that we had was taken as if we were once in a bother. Also, I did not appreciate how anytime I stepped foot into the beach. I was bombarded with 10 different guys trying to sell packages and things to do. Not sure if I would ever go back.
