Honky Tonk Punta Cana

I only stayed there for one night before moving to an all-inclusive resort very close to this hotel, where the experience was completely different.

The location. It doesn’t have that they show in booking app. This is a scam. I was so disappointed.

Very noisy, the hotel cannot do much about this though. The hotel next door plays very loud music until around 11pm or midnight. A fair amount of street noise as well.

The location is good, only two minutes to the public beach. The bed is also comfortable and the room is spacious. First night I saw a small cockroach in the toilet. I killed it and didnt make a big deal out of it. However, later on I saw a huge cockroach crawling in the shower which was just disgusting. I was affraid of falling aleep as shower is part of the room and shower doors can't be completely closed. I was affraid that the cockroach will be crwling all around the room, so I had to leave the light on the entire night. I understand this is affordable accomodation, not a resort, but we shouldnt have cockroaches crawling around! Also, the bed sheets are all of poliester which is highly not hygienic as it is usually not very well washed. The room looks very nice on the photos but once you are there, the walls are broken, there are holes in the walls and overall doesnt look very good. Thd shampoo doser in the shower is also broken. I would not recomend the place

The price is high for what you get - not the best value for money

Noise from the bar next door. If you stay up past 11 you are good. If not, it will be loud.

It was close to everything They didn’t have service every day and since I went to the beach, there was always sand on the floor and they didn’t sweep it or mopped it. That’s why I didn’t like.

Location is good, the owner (i guess) is helpful and kind, bed is comfy, room is big Not quite clean as it should be, breakfast is very modest, some of the staff has bad attitude, not a lot of hot water and the shower and the rest of the room needs fixing and updating

Con - loud music, right next to a bar and a big resort with concerts and crazy music, stairs go up and down, small room, does provide filtered water. I could not sleep at night, even with earplugs and a noise machine. Loud music went until 11pm (23:00) Wednesday night and 10pm (22:00) Thursday night, I am sure on the weekend later. Another negative: I could not check in early; I got there at 14:30, and I had to wait until 15:00 to get into my room, which was already ready. You get a discount if you pay cash, verse credit card.

The bed and interior Design There was First no water and then Brown water coming out of the tap / shower. The door is so Thin that you could hear loud music the First Night.

Sometimes it can sometimes be loud on the street, but this might be a standard thing in this country :) I only noticed it on my first night, then it became normal.

The breakfast was great, passion fruit juice was one of the best I’ve ever tried.

Marlen, Karina, Elcie, Ana, Inese, Mayla are so kind to hotel guests. They serve breakfast with love and smile and that really makes a day much better.

We stayed for one night and it was wonderful! Front desk staff very kind and accommodating and made us feel right at home. Bed is comfy and room is clean. There is no beach view, however, only a very short walk. Great beach for sunrise over the water. Breakfast was great! Coffee, fresh juice, fresh eggs, fresh fruit and toast. Definitely recommend for a great value and location to the beach. No complaints here!

Amazing location & great staff , specially the reception lady. Breakfast was good too. Water bottles were not given one day which was challenging but was provided next morning by staff upon asking as the inventory was unstocked.

Proximity to the beach. Breakfast was reasonable Only one socket worked, there were styles. Shower pressure was good, shame it wasn’t attached to the wall. Made hair washing impossible
