Impressive Premium Punta Cana

Room Okay location, service, FOOD and DRINKS BAD

Good room size, night entertainment, pools, the buffet. I paid for premium and still had to wait for an hour for checkin, came at 2:40pm and our butler , Carlos, had 3 groups in front of us, he also didn’t explain us that in the premium includes the water spa treatment.

Very nice Units were a bit dated

liked the room, bed, cleanliness and location of room right near the pool. the toilet in our room had a funky smell. but we left the exhaust on all day.

The personal are nice and attentive. The ladies that works at the Buffet restaurant in the breakfast and lunch are the most value things that have this hotel. The property is old. It is not 5 stars like said the internet barely 2 stars. The food is to poor with lowers standards, the Olive tree restaurant the food is so bad. They have a dish called pulpo that only was soft without any condiments. The rest of the restaurants the main menu is only 3 dishes. Th beach is so dirty full of sargasso. I was in the premium that according with the website have high type of beverage, it no true the only bar that has whiskey was in the lobby, the rest dispenser beer. A lot of free vendors at the beach constantly selling tours, massages and a lot stuff that doesn’t allow you rest.

Overall everything was good, Jesus, in the rooms, great service. Mayordomo Carlos was excellent too, great service an excellent attention to details. Genoveva and Cruz in the pool were great too. Rooms were clean, pool was excellent and very enjoyable and the food was good too.

Air conditioners doesn’t work, food is not good. Drinking water isn’t cold. Dinner reservations doesn’t appear when you go to the restaurants. Check-in time consuming.

Everything with hotel was good. Because the hotel uses dishonest intermediaries—who make cancellations and offer certain packages only to provide vastly inferior ones—the hotel claims ignorance and refuses to take responsibility.

The landscaping and shade. Lots of pools and bars. Food was hit or miss.

the staff was excellent, the facility as well as the room were very clean, courtesy as well as attention to guests needs and problems was excellent the food did not have either the quality or variety as in other resorts, guest should get information about the daily activities when they arrive, as well as the food to be cooked everyday in the open sea buffet. To enjoy of hot or warm water in the room was a great problem

The property grounds are breathtaking! The staff are super friendly and helpful. There are also plenty of activities and entertainment for every age that is of a very high standard. Food poisoning! I’m not sure from what specifically but it was extremely bad and I had to spend 4 days in hospital upon returning home. Despite this it wouldn’t stop me from returning.

I think the international buffet restaurant is better than the others restaurant by reservations.

I enjoyed everything about the stay. The only thing I would suggest is more face clothes. They were hard to come by.

The entertainment was amazing! Always fun things going on and entertainment staff was amazing! The food. The buffets were often not hot or cold, but luke warm. Most food made my stomach upset.

There were too many solicitation attempts from too many different staff members. Each telling you to ignore the other. It made things a little uncomfortable
