There was a guess with a dog and this pet was howling every night we could sleep well also the girl who prepare the breakfast she didn't have the good tools to make a wonderful breakfast, her kitchen is very tiny and very uncomfortable. Even though she was very nice and gentle.

Payment was taken at the front desk but the front desk person didn't know how to handle it and wanted to charge us more than the reserved amount. Needed to spend almost 20 minutes on the phone to get the payment situation resolved.

Simplicity and cleanness. However, the facility itself is old so the sewage smells bad, the bed sheets are stained, towels are brown. Stained sheets.

Nothing. The staff were very RUDE and UNprofessional. Only one receptionist at the front desk spoke and understood a little English and he was only there for a few hours in the mornings during our stay at the property. The night time staff only spoke spanish. The hotel was extremely filthy. Stained sheets and drapes, dirty bathroom, dirty pool, dusty furniture. It was nothing like what is being advertised on the website. MISREPRESENTATION!! This was MY worst experience at a HOTEL/PROPERTY ever! I have never written a bad review about a property until my experience at this property. I would not recommend that anyone book this property! AVOID!!!

The property has everything you need. The staff is helpful. The location is ok. In fact, it's located next door to the best Mexican restaurant in town. The shower has lasting hot water (which is a huge plus for me). Despite all of the above, I don't believe the price is worth $71 per night. That's pretty steep for offering most things that hotels in America offer. I'll also add that El Cortecito Checkin does NOT have shower gel or shampoo in the bathrooms. You have to bring your own. This is something that pretty much every hotel, regardless of location or price, offers.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. There was not microwave. I guess it was to get you to go to the upstairs dinning. We went to the upstairs dinning on our last day to have breakfast and the attendant did not speak any English. So we went elsewhere to eat.

The location is wonderful, they need the personnel with a better smiling actitudes. Lots of kids running around the rooms & moving fornituras, security went to tell them something but it keep t happening. Breakfast was so so in taste & staff where the kitchen not with a smile. NO cable TV ir wifi.

The staff. They have elevator so we can easily get the bags to the upper floors. The bedroom is big and the beds are comfortable. Very good air conditioning. The toilet was clogged. The TV didn’t work. The breakfast wasn’t what they said in the Menu, didn’t have Mangu, only bread.
