The room was comfortable and clean All was good

Location is excellent Not very well maintained. Could be much better with no investment. Just attention to the details when it comes to cleaning.

The size of the room, the service and the proximity to the beach was definitely amazing. Only detail to improve, they did not put enough soap for hands and for the shower, so constantly we needed to ask for more soap. And it would be nice if they can clean better the mirrors ? in the bathroom they look like opaque. Other than these 2 little details, all good. The hotel does not offer shuttle service from the Airport, they sent a link to register us as visitors, the link never open, so I contacted the hotel, they just ignored me. I had to take a taxi at the airport and it was too painful and complicated. So, please don't put in the hotel description you offer shuttle to the hotel if you won't offer the service.

Ocean front and perfect location. Front desk staff was polite, caring and helpful. The bartender is sweet and personable this made our stay a lot of fun. We had a great experience with everyone On our third night went downstairs the last hour to eat and drink where I lost a significant amount of pesos. Was seated in the same spot the entire time and the cash was in my back pocket. When we returned to our room, it was gone. We asked staff if anything had been turned in but nothing was reported. Fortunately my husband had some U.S. dollars but was tough to get through the rest of the trip with no pesos since dollars are not really accepted outside of hotels and restaurants

Nothing First of all, no one spoke English. Every conversation was done through a translator app, which made it difficult to discuss and argue about the problems. Very time consuming too. Also, the front desk staff were rude. They could care less about the customer. Many times on their first bones and not acknowledged for several minutes. Booked a two queen bed room guaranteed by credit card but was given a room with a single double bed. They said they had no more rooms to move me to, nor would they give me a reduced price. Said talk to booking.com. Room was on third floor of building across the street. Toilet would not flush due to broken internal part. Did not find that out run til 11:00pm. They fixed right away. It at 11:30pm. Hairs on bedding. Had to ask twice and finally trekked down to the front desk for clean bedding. No hot water, no washcloths, and no hand towels. Hot water issue not fixable. Used translator app for hand towels and washcloths. They ended up bringing two floor towels. at this point, I was done dealing with the front desk staff. Location and place was rundown. Broken switch plates, broken front door lock frame, curtains could not be used as they had an entirely different hanging system. They were Jerry rigged. Cabinets were screwed shut. Safe was small and not bolted down. Could easily be lifted and carried away.

Proximity to the beach. Too low budget for my taste.

Breakfast was adequate. Beach front location amazing. Restaurants nearby. We were not given the room that we paid for. We reserved a double room with a balcony, but found that there were none available when we checked in. We were put in a dark room near the back of the hotel and not compensated for the difference.

Staff was helpful and friendly. It’s right on a beach. Quiet. Very clean. Air conditioner worked well. Wifi was good. A lot of things need repair. (Hot water, sliding doors, curtains, light bulbs, t.v., etc.) Old-fashioned keyed locks. The room safe worked, but it was so lightweight that anyone could carry it. No safebox available at lobby. No fire extinguishers and only one exit path from my room. The property used to be called Green Coast, and taxi drivers may take you to the wrong property (happened to me upon arrival. )

The location was right by the beach which was the only thing really good about it. Price is good for what it was If you end up on room 20 (or 19) you’ll be in the back of the property in a little house. It has a living room, a mini fridge, a mini couch, good air conditioning but it did not shampoo or body soap or amenities like that so make sure you bring your own. Most of the staff did not speak English but we got there late and they were there and was attentive. They did not have beach towels on our second day there which was odd. Also breakfast is not available even though it says it is available for all room types. Overall the room was okay, not the cleanest but location is good.

Nothing. It was a terrible experience. First it wasn’t a room in the hotel. It was a room by it self away from the building. Mosquitos flying around the room. Shower had mold build up. The room smells really bad. Sink was dirty. My wife got bit all over her hands, leg and face. Was told when we check in that breakfast was included. Went to have breakfast and was told we have to pay. It’s not included for that room.

Nothing DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! 1. I booked the hotel about 1 month before my trip. 2. I called the hotel multiple times before I left in order to set up an airport shuttle. They never answered the phone. 3. My flight was delayed. I emailed the hotel to let them know. I got an automatic replay acknowledging the delay. 4. When I arrived at the airport I took a taxi to the hotel. The address is vague and the driver had a very hard time finding it. 5. We got to the hotel about 1am. The place was dark and the security gate was locked. 6. I called the hotel twice from the street. They did not answer the phone. 7. I had to find another place to stay in the area, at 1am. Very stressful. 8. I called the hotel the next morning. Someone FINALLY answered the phone. They could not speak English. 9. An English-speaking employee picked up the phone, she was rude. 10. I explained what had happened the night before. 11. She hung up on me. 12. I called Booking.com and they did not charge me for my hotel. 13. The person at Booking.com was friendly and helpful. 14. Do not stay at this hotel.

Good location, very nice bar in front of the beach Simple room, weird smell in bathroom. Breakfast could be more abundant and tastier.

Very dirty, the sink wouldn't drain, no coffee pot, I was to have a two bath, two bedroom and only got a 1 bathroom, very noisy, very bad not safe area, no parking. I do not recommend this place.

The staff was exceptional!! They made me feel very comfortable and special!! I am so thankful for the staff!!
