El Transporte en los carritos de golf como estabamos en el ultimo hotel del complejo casi no passband los carritos, nos toccata esperar más de media hora y en algunos moments nos toccata irons caminando, lo mismo pasó cuando estabamos en el primer hotel. El Restaurante de Helios que queda Sobre la playa esta muy bien ubicado, pero la comida no fue la mejor, ni las mejores opciones.

Our butler Rodny was amazing! Booked all of our dinner reservations and experiences outside of the property. All staff was inviting and welcoming. Highly recommend this resort. No complaints.

El Hotel muy limpio y todo muy organizado. La comida muy buena y variada. El staff se llevò un 10/10 Lo unico que no me gustò, es el ruido de las personas a la madrugada, hablando muy alto, rodando muebles tan tarde en la noche. Llegabamos cansados de las excursiones y no podiamos descansar. Por lo demas, super bien. Suleica y Eury nustros mayordomos, EXCELENTES, los choferes de los carritos de golf, super amables. The swim up pool. The beach is disgusting. A lot of seaweed not clean beach and heavy waves makes it dangerous

I love the staff specifically my butler RANDY and the other staff member like JAICO and DANIEL plus one of my favorite Chef BENITO by The Beach side and At the Restaurant La Paisana Miguel and his Hole Staff was Excellent,Love it! Everything was Excellent!

The property was beautiful, and I really enjoyed the amenities! Rodney was our butler, and he was very attentive and friendly! I wish the were more activities and parties at the TRS pool. I understand the importance of relaxation, but in there was plenty of opportunities for fun by the pool at least in the afternoon.

I loved the adults only. My butler Noris was amazing! She was very attentive, kind and hospitable. She really made the experience over the top enjoyable. The staff were amazing! The property was beautiful.

We enjoyed everything expect the people smoking in the pool and the temperature in the room could not be adjusted correctly. Our Butler service with Fernando was AMAZING Have non smoking rooms/pool in junior swim up.

Gym and breakfast were so nice The room smelled very bad, the linens were all damp and wet, and it was very uncomfortable.
